Papa John’s Pizza

Bacon Cheeseburger Pizza awful ! A few pieces of bacon, a few pieces of hamburger, very little cheese. I will never order that again.

Poor customer service. I ordered 2 large pizzas and the staff gave me a total for the two. I found out there was a promotion going on for 2 large pizzas and was half the price the staff gave me. I called back to ask if they could give me a credit since they were running that special and they failed to tell me or extend the discount to me. They said they had no way of doing that, when I asked for a manager the guy responded that he was a manager and couldn’t give the credit. When I asked his name he did not want to give it to me, I then asked for the name of a GM and he would not give me a name for a GM either. Needless to say I was furious and called customer service to explain my disappointment. They did send me a coupon for a free pizza, however, I will never order from this specific location again. Wait was also very long.

Almost 2 hours for a pizza is just plain unacceptable. All we keep getting is «we are on our way». Completely BS.

I am new to the Mooresville and absolutely love Papa Johns Pizza! Way to go Charlotte Hwy. crew with keeping up with the Papa Johns quality and predictability. I just relocated to Mooresville from Ohio and I am a huge Papa Johns fan and when I received my usual order-​Hawaiian on thin crust 12 garlic wings and two liter of Sprite– the service and quality were right on and the delivery was within 30 minutes… a huge plus for me!
So why only four stars? When I was paying for my order of the phone, the woman taking my cc information had me spell my first name… when I got to the «Y» in Timothy… she said.“Y Like YANKEE???” Yea…4 stars. lol

Who doesn’t love their fresh veggies and buttery garlic dip!!! I’m a fan of the thin crust veggie with added chicken. Their cinnamon sticks and extra icing are great too! Check online for promo codes and sign up to earn points and free pizza.
