I came to this location around 7pm, signed in, and was quickly greeted and asked, «is this your first time», in which I reply«it is». I almost immediately was brought back to a chair by a different stylist. She awkwardly greeted me and I replied. Not know how to engage this chick that I’m about to let loose on my head before family photos, I tried to open conversation myself… didn’t really work. Okay cool, I’ll just tell her what I want. I get my hair cut. She asked how it was… didn’t give me a mirror to see the back. I had to ask to have my beard tidied up… still had like a three-day later 5 o’clock shadow… asked her to go against the jaw line and it has a nice chunk missing from it on the right side. Came home, took a shower, and noticed… my hair is shorter on top than the sides. Seriously? I get my hair cut close to the scalp… so my wife noticed straight away. Drove back up the next morning so she could somewhat fix it. No hesitation there aside from a harmless remark. As for other services plastered on the window… I didn’t receive or get offered one. No steam warm towel, no neck trim. I don’t know what first time guest receive, but I know I didn’t get it. Obviously disappointed. I took out time to start a Unilocal,and leave this review… something I never saw fit before… but since I’m here, I may as well leave some good businesses a line or two. As for sport clips, I won’t be returning.

Don’t trust a reviewer who only leaves negative comments. There is a reason that this place is almost always busy. All the stylists are great! It helps to call ahead and if you dont know how to actually communicate what you want, bring a photo and dont expect them to be psychic. If you don’t show exactly what you want, dont say they«messed up» your hair, just saying…
