I just left the Vision Center of Lake Norman and I have to say I am really impressed with both the facility and the staff. First off they had the newest and most advanced equipment so no more of that weird air puff to the eye. I was amazed that they now have equipment that eliminates the need to dilate my eyes. I always hated wearing those weird granny glasses after an eye appointment.
The staff was amazing! Dr. Monson went over and explained how each procedure he was doing would benefit the health of my eyes. His support staff member Sally took her time and helped me find a really nice looking set of frames that were very comfortable. (with a nose that has been broken multiple times that is not an easy find)
I highly recommend this place!

This is hands-​down an optician office you should visit. The office is clean and spacious, and the staff are caring and friendly. My son and I were well taken care of. I am so glad we found them!

Dr. Monson and his staff are great. They are very professional, but treat you like a friend or family member. Dr. Monson takes time to go over any problems or concerns I may have with my vision. He and his staff explain what tests they are doing, why they do them and what they tell them about my eyes. In short when I leave his office I’m comfortable in the knowledge that I’ve received the best exam, treatment and eye care service available.

I highly recommend Dr. Monson, very professional, he took his time with me and was interested in making sure that I had the perfect fit with my contacts. The office has a great supply of name brand glasses and sunglasses. The office staff are so friendly and helpful. I have seen Dr. Monson twice now and I plan on making him my optometrist.
