Ravina is the best!!! She’s my go to for threading. I won’t let anyone else touch them but her. I highly recommend her she’s a threading genius!

HORRIBLE. Never going back!
I’ve gone to laylas a couple times my eyebrows are left a little off each time but no big deal UNTIL THIS TIME.
Worst job ever my eyebrows are completely uneven one has an arch and the other does not! There’s absolutely nothing I can do to fix it because they are thin.
If I could give zero stars I would in a heart beat. Don’t recommend to anyone #saveyoureyebrows

They do good work here, and the price is very reasonable. The only down side is that this Indian woman who threaded me a few times got mad and YELLED AT ME because I maintain my brows on my own, and she complained that my brows were harder to thread because the hair was a little short.
News flash: I don’t have all the time in the world to come once a week!
EXCUSE ME, I’m there to get a service done, and I pay for the service + tip.
I can always go somewhere else, which is exactly what I’m going to do.
Went back tonight, saw that she was the only one working. The store had no customers (I wonder if it’s because of her) — I DIDN’T GO IN. I LEFT.

Aside form the un avoidable discomfort I experience when having my lip threaded– eye brows. Not so much everything about this little place is comfortable! The girls are always welcoming and friendly– never in a rush & very clean & I will continue to get my beauty needs meet here! So glad they set up shop in my neighborhood!

We just moved back home after a few years overseas. I finally got my eyebrows threaded at LayLa’s for the first time so disappointed!!! I told the lady I like my eyebrows thick. She did them so quickly (like less then 2 minutes fast). She over threaded and messed them up!!! I will not be coming back.

I love love love this place! Always quick and they do a fantastic job! I have been going here for a while, so I always see the same girl. She is very friendly and always remembers me. She does a fantastic job with my eyebrows! They are always just the way I like them! She is also very good with the thread. It never breaks when she doesn’t want it to, and she never pitches me. I absolutely love this place.

I’ve been going to the Simi Valley location for about 5 months now — it is great. I like to keep my eyebrows thick with a very natural shape and most of the woman there have done an amazing job at maintaining that. Recently they opened a new store in Moorpark. That location is closer to where I live so I decided to go there. The young woman who did my eyebrows completely butchered them. Before I even sat down I explained to her to please keep the width and shape just clean them up, I do NOT want them any skinner. I was sure to make that clear. They are both so thin and arched that I look like a different person. They are two different shapes and one has two hairs at the end it is so skinny. I should have known that she didnt know what she was doing, she was going so slow, pinched my skin multiple times, and even broke the thread a few times. I’m not one to complain but this was just such a terrible experience that i had to report it. It’s not like a bad hair cut that you can throw up in a messy bun, it’s the center of my face! My advice to this location — train your employees or hire experienced people!

I went recently to try threading at this place and i dont think I will be going back to waxing. The woman who did the threading was named Janica and I strongly recommend her for anyone who wants to try it or has very sensitive skin. I have gone to other places and had other people who were rough or rushed through it and they ended up messing up my brows. She is super sweet, patient and listens to what YOU want to have done.
