YIKES!!!
Just got off the phone with a man there who couldn’t have been more rude! Repeatedly told me that I «couldn’t buy that train set» because I am not a collector. «It’s not a train set that you just buy him for Valentine’s Day!»
Um, why not?
Evidently as a woman, you can’t buy your man a nice train set at Grzyboski’s.
I’ll be sure to take my $ 2K elsewhere.

Re-​Kindle Your Childhood! Great prices. Great service. Great location. Family owned. Big store retail space. Big mail order business.
Lionel, MTH Mike’s Train House, and K-​Line are on the retail floor.
Grzyboski’s ALSO surprisingly carries Roger Farkash’s custom Lionel train tables akaTW Trainworx. If that’s sounding familiar it should, Roger has the kind and distinct honor of creating Bershire Hathaway train layout. They also make the custom billboard cows for Chik-​Fil-​A.
The prices here are terrifically FAIR. The selection is GREAT. And it’s a well appointed store. Bless them with your business in person or on-​line. So glad we stopped in from Vermont on our way to Texas. Yee-​Haw!

Don’t buy from this company. Here is why I will not buy from them again.
I bought an item that came defective. I paid to ship it back and they would not pay me back for my shipping expense to them. So I get a defective item that they send out and then I have to pay to ship it back to them? Not right. It wasn’t my fault I received a damaged item. They are responsible to send out non-​defective items.
Of course, sometimes this happens but someone I would do business with will cover my expenses to get it right. So for less than $ 10, they lost a customer for life.
Not very wise.
