Eagles Cove Seasonal Resort

Resort is nice, clean, not far from the twin city’s.
Lots of rules make it hard to do anything but fish.
Had a lot for 5 years at the resort.
Was kind of like a nursing home with lots of cops walking through your yard all day.
Just heard the old owner sold and that is good news.
New owner needs to know that the resort residents pay the lot rent so they can come and relax, not work for free for the owner on weekends.
Also docks sucked because every rain fall you had to pull your boats out. Lake floods all the time. Sometimes ½ the month was ruined if it was a rainy year. It would flood and take days to be able to get to the ramp to put your boat back in.
Water is either green or brown all the time, can’t swim in it. Docks are so shallow that sometimes it is hard to get to your dock.
When you only have 5 months to use the place and ½ is spent on getting on the lake, I would go somewhere else.
I will say the fishing is good and the people that rent are nice.
