Wanted to give a shout out to Patti!!! My daughter called wanting a few cookies as a gift for the next morning. Me, being a mother, was saying, there is no way. But Patti came through. She got the cookies for my daughter, packaged up, even with a beautiful bow. My daughter was so happy. Thank you very much for doing that. We even took some business cards and my husband passed them out at work. Thanks again!!!

Hands down the BEST cookies I have EVER tasted! From the initial ordering process, to the decorative packaging, you will not find a cookie company that compares! Patti is an absolute doll and her daughter Jamie, the decorator, is crazy talented when it comes to her decorating skills! definitely a MUST try!!!

You haven’t had a cookie until you’ve tried a cookie from the Buffalo Baking co. They are seriously out of this world — and Patti can make almost anything you want in terms of flavors. The traditional cowboy cookies are delicious — I recently got toffee-​milk chocolate chip and they were great! Now I’m ordering a batch of the cut-​out cookies to be decorated.

Patti and her cookies are a hidden jem. Very good friendly service. Good home made cookies. Bought a dozen and got only one. Family hid and devoured the remaining cookies. I have to get my own dozen just for me.

These are the BEST cookies you will ever eat. The cowboy cookies are rich, flavorful and never dry. The cutout cookies are phenomenal, in taste and texture, and the decorating is creative and full of detail! You MUST try them, you won’t be sorry!
