For the past seven years, my go-​to-​guy for anything that is A/​V related is Andrew Norleen of SoundWorks. He is professional, passionate, and very knowledgeable about audio/​visual/​internet connectivity. As an entertainment professional, I have had a theatre room for two plus decades. When my original installed system was nearing the end of its life, Andrew arrived with a solution that made sense. He is creative and goes above-​and-​beyond to make sure that everything works the way it is supposed to work. Because I wanted all wires concealed, Andrew crawled under the house, snaked wires through the walls, and even built a very beautiful casement as a cover to the base of the new projector. Whenever I have any concern or confusion, I dash off an email and he responds rapidly. What I appreciate most is how responsive he is to our questions and needs. SoundWorks has always provided our household with expert advice and excellent products at a reasonable price. He shows up when he says he will, and he does what he says he will do. That is integrity personified! I am thankful for this quality level of service and personal care that is rarely seen in today’s rushed, money grabbing environment. I unabashedly recommend SoundWorks and look forward to a long relationship with Andrew. Excellent Work, Professional, Knowledgeable, and Rapid Service… period!

We used Andrew to set up a home stereo systems and found it difficult to communicate with him to say the least. The system he set up for us was way too complicated and expensive (a $ 700 «smart» remote if you can believe it!). All we wanted was a simple system that didn’t cost much but Andrew had his own agenda and we couldn’t dissuade him. We didn’t supervise him like we should have, so when he finished we swallowed hard and just went with it… nothing we could do at that point. After the completed his work, his follow up has been just abysmal… no one else knows how to deal with the complexity of our system, yet alone the remote and we can’t figure out how to work the system, though it all Andrew will not return calls… even when I’ve made it clear we’d be happy to pay him for his time. Bottom line is he does not appear to care for his clients at all and will leave you hanging as he did us. You can do much better than Andrew for the money

I should have written this review four years ago, since Andrew Norleen first developed our home entertainment system. From the first consultation to installation, to ongoing upkeep, Andrew has been professional, considerate, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. He worked with our contractor and cabinet maker to develop the right size, placement and set up for our system. We could not have done it without him, nor would the end result be so comprehensive and user-​friendly. I recommend him to whomever inquires about our system. You won’t be sorry.
