I purchased a pair of Noise Cancelling(I was told), Sony, Bluetooth, head phones for $ 150. 1. They were not Noise Cancelling even though the salesman and the display said so. I questioned the salesman at the time of purchase since nowhere on the box did it state«Noise Cancelling». He insisted he was right! They were not! Returning them was not an issue but it meant no video or movies for a week’s worth of intensive care in the hospital which was what I was depending on them for! Poorly displayed details on the item, uneducated sales staff. Not my favorite place to shop at all!

As I told the manager today they have permanently lost any business from me. Since we are in the middle of nowhere in the past I have put up with their sh*t but now they squashed all sense of customer service. We purchased a piece of electronics two weeks ago from Best Buy after our modem died. I simply asked the to sign a statement for the insurance company saying this $ 100 item is not something they(or anyone for that matter these days) repairs. First off I and 3 other customers waited 30 minutes because even though there were 10 employees standing around none had any authority to do anything apparently since they just stood there helping no one. Then I finally get to speak to the manager… he Refused to help even though by this time they had pulled up my records and confirmed my recent purchase as well as prior appliances and other stuff we have bought… literally thousands of dollars in the past 3 years. Then to add insult to injury he had the nerve to try to sell me THEIR store coverage for the modem I just purchased saying«sure it is covered, you just get a new one since no zone repairs these! So I went over to Walmart. no problem they’d sign it; Radio Shack absolutely courteous and glad to sign it. Regardless of price WEWILLNEVER shop there again. Don’t know what say Beth S was there but she must not have been a regular customer like us since all residents have put up with this lack of service for as long as we have been here(3 years)

Nice staff.(Associate # 609378) went out of his way to find exactly what we needed and solve our MacBook charger problem. SOOOOO appreciated such attentive customer service like that!

This is quite a decent sized Best Buy for such a small city. You won’t find everything that you need in this store since the selection is quite limited due to store size. However, for daily electronic supplies and not so uniques items, you can definitely find your needs. Store is very organized and staffs are quite friendly. Not a long line which is very good.
