Yesterday I purchased a Joytech eGo AIO at MadVapes of Morehead City. This morning I went online to look up how to change the drip tip and found that the same exact model sells for $ 18 – 20 online. On MadVapes own website it is only $ 25.49 plus tax. I was charged $ 50, so I called the store thinking there had been a mistake. The employee who answered the phone told me I would need to come in. Once I arrived at the store another employee told me that MadVapes of Morehead City is not associated with the website and that there was nothing they would do. Obviously it’s understandable why I feel ripped off. Shame on me for not doing my research before making a purchase and shame on MadVapes for not making things right. That is terrible customer service. My advice? Don’t go to MadVapes, their prices are ridiculous. $ 50 for a $ 20 product is highway robbery.

I’m a casual vaper so I have a noob vape pen but it started leaking so went in today to buy another pen or even upgrade. John helped my husband and I, totally appreciate his honesty. He asked us questions to figure out what the best thing for us was. He could’ve tried to upsell me and made me buy another more expensive vape but instead he just suggested changing the tank (baby steps as he called it haha). My husband ended up getting a carbon fiber aspire? with his suggestion. Man that thing hits!
The shop is clean and they have a lot of choices from juice to setups.

I purchased in faith and they charged over 180% what it was worth online. Huge disappointment with the juice selection. Don’t let them talk you into buying unnecessary gear and juices. A 75 $ snow wolf for $ 150. What a joke. Never again. Plus I thought I saw the owner smoking cigarettes.

This is by far, in my opinion, the best vape shop in the area. Weather you are interested in starting vaping or you are an experienced vaper you can find all you need here. They have tons of premium e-​liquids to TONS of house liquids. The customer service is also unmatched. If you need a vape shop in the Havelock/​Morehead City/​Atlantic Beach area this should be your spot.
