A few years back, one of their designers planned our family room furniture and placement. When the sofa was delivered, the pattern (striped) was not running in the right direction and the chair and a half was too big for the room size. The designer told me that she ordered the sofa pattern properly; that the mistake was at the manufacturer so it was not her fault and therefore would not take the sofa back. As far as the furniture being too big, she came over to the house, turned the chair at an angle (not how I envisioned it to look) and was «done». Also, very pushy with all their overpriced knick-knacks. I will never go back.
