What a feta place, and a great idea– convert a small town theater into a book store and coffee shop ! I could stay half a day here! And, surprisingly, a healthy selection of current and classic titles. It was my pleasure to support a locally owned business, gladly paying full cover price, versus ordering online– you can’t sit and enjoy a nice dark roast «online.»

As the only independent bookstore in a wide radius, this would be my go-​to store in Morehead even it wasn’t wonderful. But it is wonderful, so I visit here from Cincinnati!
The prices are nothing special, but the selection and location are genius. Special events, the best coffeeshop east of the Pacific, helpful staff – CoffeeTree has it all.
