I have worked with this vendor for years. Today I was really disappointed. I received a call from Ben asking if his guy can call me regarding another vendor I’m using to do my car wrap. I asked why he stated the person doing my wraps is using the same guy that does their Graphic designs and he is posting pictures of the guys he works with business. Well to tell a long story short. He brought me (the client) into family drama. I only know him based on business it’s very very unprofessional to have your client in the middle of a family battle. As an entrepreneur, it not cool to ever bash another company it shows your bad character. And it’s very messy. Needless to say I have an awesome Graphic designer that I’m connecting with Jesse at Display builders. I’m all about giving local business a shot. If I’m not satisfied I will be sure to deal with it. But be careful you may in for a ride dealing with these guys. Very, very unprofessional

Great customer service. Needed some carbon copy invoices for our business and they stepped up and got us a quality product ASAP. Nothing but great things to say and I would recommend this place to anyone.

I’m soo happy to have been introduced to Benjamin at BA Media. The customer service is great and he got back to me right away with any question or problem that I had.
