All the food is good you can’t go bad but service is mediocre. I like the corned hash breakfast with biscuits and gravy is the best by far the huevos rancheros is the bomb too!

Hmmm. Where do I start? To begin it took forever to get cream for our coffee, our table was dirty, spoons were dirty. I ordered chicken nachos, which looked nothing like the picture. The chicken tasted like rubber and not enough cheese. Only good thing was that my son ordered the heavenly waffle which he loved. Oh also our waitress did deduct 50% of the price of the nachos which was nice. But overall I dont think ill be back any time soon.

My wife and I eat here on the weekends we are traveling to San Diego, and the food is good, the service is great, and the price is right. I would have gave it five stars, but the last time I was there I had a waitress who I believe was bipolar. The reason I say this is because when we first sat down she was super nice, near the end of the meal she became very nasty. Weird

Came in for breakfast, the Huevos Campesinos are truly sensational! A must have from the Mexican Breakfast menu. Service was excellent and our server made sure we had the best experience possible.

Riverside, CA
Though I am a fan of their Riverside location, their Moreno Valley location is less than desirable. The booths are tiny and the service is adequate but not stellar. The food is unimpressive typical diner quality and I love diner food but I was not impressed.
Their Riverside location is so much more better than this one but I am a loss to describe exactly why. The atmosphere appears more dark and dingy than the Riverside location. This location is in desperate need of a remodel.

I have been coming here for over three years, and in the last few months I can tell you something has fundamentally changed. Was there an ownership and/​or management change?
This was one of my favorite spots so I really hope they get it together because the service, food and atmosphere have taken a serious nosedive and I truly hope it gets better fast because they were so good.

My favorite part so far was the customer service. The good was all good except the cinnamon French toast was a bit too sweet for my taste. But I think that was more of a preference not a knock on this great restaurant. But seriously every employee was courteous, pleasant, professional and timely. Thank you! Pancakes next time for sure! :)

Completely different experience from the usual but the drop to 1 star is what they get. We got seated quick but that was about it. I order an omlete and pancakes. The omlete came out first, the guy who brought it out said that pancakes are on the way. I asked for some more water which both he never brought out. Our original waitress came by when I was almost done with the food and said «we still owe you some pancakes right». Once again I asked for water. When my pancakes finally came out I was already done with my other food but still no water refill. She finally came back to refill the water when I was completely finished eating. After around 10 minutes waiting for the check we got it.
It seems like everyone in our general area had something wrong whether it be the food messed up or slow service.
Not too sure I will go back.

Great food and great service! It was pretty busy on Saturday morning when we went but our waitress Jennifer still provided great service. We got our food pretty quickly as well. Love their pancakes!

Employee Ordered to Serve Caucasian Couple First
My husband was a fan of Brandon’s Diner up until this morning.
He is an African-​American senior, who dropped in to eat breakfast. He was overlooked for a few minutes and then a waitress came and took a Caucasian couple before him. When he told her he was there first, she explained that she was told to take the other couple first.
He also said, there were a few other African-​American there that were waiting to be seated.

This place is a great family favorite. Located in the center of Moreno Valley next to Brunswick Bowling Alley. They have a huge menu so every can find something they like. They give you so much food and have lots of items under ten dollars.
Super relaxed environment when I wear gym clothes for breakfast.
We usually enjoy the corn beef n hash or some biscuits and gravy. They do not have fresh oj which is one thing that could be them on top but it is still a good olé breakfast spot! It is open all day and has some taco Tuesday deals but we enjoy the breakfast items most.
My brothers love the large pancakes and always take some home.
You can call me a regular!

I have eaten breakfast here on numerous occasions. The $ 3.99 pancake, 2 egg and 2 sausage breakfast is always my pick. The service has always been prompt and courteous. Friends that I come in with have always had nothing but good things to say about their food. This place is really good and you will not be disappointed.

I really love you guys BUT. Out in this direction today and saw there was one in Moreno Valley. Went there with 5 people. Not too crowded, empty tables in both sections. Spotted one large booth in the corner that would have fit us. Hostess told us it would be 25 minutes. She turned and left the podium before I could tell her to forget it. Really, it’s 11am and not that many people are here. Another hostess walked up and I told her to forget it, cancel our spot. Mind you, there was no one else waiting. She said ok and asked the other hostess how long did you tell them that the wait was. Didn’t hear her answer, but by then it was too late. Maybe it was because I didn’t perceive this as good customer service, but this location didn’t seem as clean as the other 4 Brandon’s that I have frequented.

I come here for breakfast, except on taco Tuesday I come for dinner and have a few drinks with my beef tacos. Salsa is homemade and the best I’ve had.

I came here the day after Christmas and man, it was poppin! We must have waited for a good 30 minutes, but that’s ok, they mostly made up for it. I got one flapjack, bacon, and hash browns. The flapjack was hugeeeee! And delicious! It was soft and warm and just super good! My bacon was also great! Not too fatty, not too crispy, just right. My hash browns weren’t the best. They were a little over cooked and lacking some seasoning. Next time, I’ll skip the hash browns. I’m drooling a bit thinking about this…
Also, my friend got an avocado burger that she said was great!
