I normally love this place but as of today nope! i ordered a side of potatoes after waiting about 10 mins and running late and get to work only to see I’ve been given old burnt dried out potatoes !! So I call and the manager goes«that’s why we show you your food before you leave» like what does that have to do with cold dried out old rotten potatoes?? and side note no one showed me my food… it was just handed to me. But either way that comment was unnecessary !

Kept the doors open for us on a late night arrival in Moreno Valley. Great staff and food.

I use to frequent this cocos but I won’t be back. I went there for lunch with a friend and when my food came out it had a hair on it. Although the sandwich was remade they gave me the same fries which were not only cole but cross contaminated considering they are right next to the hairy sandwich that was previously there. When I spoke to the manager and asked to be compensated in some way she said«if it’s really about the fries I can get you some new fries» in a very sarcastic way. No one operates on principles anymore? I’ll never go there again

Love the service! It can never be out beat here in Moreno Valley! They are very generous with the coffee and always make sure you’re doing ok! Please tip your waitresses they work very hard for their money!

The worst service we have ever had. They forgot so any items, gave us raw food, and had to recook our meals at least 5 times or more. The food once edible was burnt on one side. Never coming here again.

Run of the mill chain greasy spoon. Indistinguishable from Denny’s down the block except exactly twice the price.

The kindness and good food never stops. The best Gluten-Free menu and most wonderful people you could ask for.

I’ve gone to this Coco’s over the years. The quality of service has been up-and-down. It is now on the«up». The food has always been good.

Julie is the best waitress! Very sweet, on top of refills and delightfully attentive! She has a wonderful warm smile which makes any dining experience a pleasure! The food was decent but I definitely would skip on ordering steak from here lol very tough and chewy… lower quality for sure.

I came in for breakfast and service was great! Our server was prompt and kept our coffee cups full. That morning they were busy but our food came out quick and just as we ordered!!! Will return again.

I give no stars… I’m deathly allergic to eggs and was told I could not substitute them for anything else, this is the only cocos that has ever told me that. I’m very disappointed with this restaurant

DONOTEATHERE! Well, you can, but you will regret it! I swear they have Bozo the Clown working in the kitchen. They burned toast THREEDIFFERENTTIMES while I ate a country fried steak which I had to send back as soon as it got to the table. The gravy looked slimy, runny, had chunks in it that looked like chunks in cottage cheese, and they were just fine about it! I swear it looked like my cat threw up on my plate. This place is put of control bad! The manager is getting walked all over by Bozo the Clown in the kitchen like a door mat. She needs to get a grip on that loser cook and fast!!!

It took more than 10 mins to get seated and also to get a drink. They have been like this for a while. I think they had better service 14 years ago when i was younger. I don’t care if it’s Christmas they should be in a better spirit. They had our drinks sitting there for 5 minutes. If I can give them a half of star I would

A group of us went to Coco’s a few weeks ago for a Sunday lunch. The wait was about twenty minutes, which we expected. We were seated in a back section, at a dirty table, with no silverware or condiments. Our server was nice. The food was so-so and was served in an odd order — it took them forever to get us a bowl of fruit that came with someone’s order. Not a place I’d hope to eat at again. But I’ve had worse. On their front door, they have a posted sign about a fake coupon. It seems to be written by someone who hasn’t passed Junior High English class. At first I thought it was a joke. Really unprofessional. [Posted in the pictures section.]

I’m guessing that Coco’s is not really known for their pies. Came here w/my hunny a while back b/c we received some coupons in the mail for a discount on their pies(this review is for the bakery only). By the time we got there, it seemed to me like they were having some sort of pie sale anyway. It was our first time trying the pies here, and they were nothing to rave about. One was bland tasting, while the others were«just OK.» They looked good at first sight, but the taste was not up to par. I’ve had much better pies at Marie Calender’s, there’s just no comparison. The only reason I came here was because this is close to home and there’s not Marie’s in the immediate area. The cashier guy was helpful and friendly, and had the patience to let me decide which slice of pie I wanted, because my eyes are usually bigger than my stomach when it comes to sweets =) 3 stars for the service 2 –½ stars for the pies
