I love this store. Who doesn’t need 40 rolls of TP at a time? I love when they have the instant rebates on Tide, Downey, paper towels, toothpaste, vitamins, well I could go on and on. They have gift cards that are a few bucks cheaper than I’ve seen anywhere else. A great selection of books, alcohol, DVD’s, and clothing at great prices. Bring your appetite, and stroll through every aisle, be thorough, I find there is always something on almost every aisle that I MUST HAVE.
I have been a member since it was PRICE CLUB, mmmm yea, back in 1985 I think is when I got my own membership.
Don’t ever go thinking you will get out under a couple hundred dollars. It’s well worth it.

I cannot believe how my family was treated yesterday!!! I had family over from Mexico and they needed a few stuff before heading back … They spent over $ 600 and the cashier was so rude, disrespectful and made them feel very uncomfortable. Even after talking to the supervisor, it didn’t seem like she even cared about bringing my complaint to the cashier’s attention. I work in customer service and that definitely was not customer service at all. That kind of behavior would never have been acceptable under any circumstances. I am very appalled by such behavior and extremely DISAPPOINTED by how the situation was NOT handled. I have lost respect in what Costco stands for.

Normally don’t go to this Costco, but it’s just like the rest of them. Everyone is so friendly. Samples were delicious. It did take us a little while to pick up our snow Boarding tickets because no one was there, but when she arrive, she was also really nice.

We like stopping here to get gas when we’re on a road trip but the layout of the gasoline station is not good. There’s always a long line and there’s cars all over the place and people are in a hurry and move around. Regardless. Gas is cheaper at Costci, so we just get in line and wait…

This is the 2nd fucking time their stupid old ladies follow us because we had a hard time finding our card in our wallet. Well no fuck we are members you idiots. We’ve been Costco members for 10years and we’ve shopped in Costco’s all over the IE area and this has NEVER happened till now. You need to teach your old ladies in the entrance customer INTEGRITY!!!
Like this lady followed us past the TV section. Now that’s pretty pathetic if you ask me.
We moved to moval in the middle of this year and we probably won’t even being coming back to this one because of these people. Be more respectful.

Y’all already know what’s good with Costco, the Cinderella amongst a sea of evil step sister corrupt major retail corporations. Damn, I love you.
Anyway, there’s nothing much to add, this place speaks for itself. Unlike the Costcos that I mainly frequent (Montclair and Rancho), the food court here is indoors (not sure if you need a card if you only plan on eating) and I’ve never had a problem finding parking. Otherwise, it’s like any other Costco, everything is well-​organized and clean, customer service is great, and prices are unbeatable.
Also, for all my cinephiles out there, I made the recent discovery that Costco carries Criterion Blu-​Rays for $ 20! Definitely wish I would’ve known about this earlier. Specifically, they had: The Great Beauty, It Happened One Night, Tootsie, La Dolce Vita, plus the 4 pictured. So it’s no Barnes and Noble selection, but the prices are unbeatable for sure. They have other great TV/​movie deals as well.

Santa Ana, CA
This location is centrally situated right off the 60. There is a ton of other retail and food options around. I mainly come here for the gas, but I’ve shopped a few times as well. The gas station is way off to the side, and it not too tough to get to.
The selection in the store is pretty typical, and has pretty much everything you’d expect a Costco to have. The lines actually seem to be kept in pretty good control, and the service has always been friendly.
I’m giving 3 stars because it’s not amazing, it’s not terrible. It’s just ok.
