The hours are horrible. Can’t ever really get in contact with anyone. Always get voicemail. Customer service very rude and condescending. The contract is ridiculous. They want to charge you more to have two driving appointments in one month. I called in June to set up appointment and August and there wasn’t enough time. You have to schedule a month in advance which is hard with a working full time family. Very disappointed with amount of money that we spent. Don’t recommended unless you got time to waste and like to be spoken to like 3 year old child.

I had a Sunday morning traffic school at this facility staff members were generous enough to have coffee and donuts for everyone I I did not want to come here but unfortunately I had to… luckily the teacher that does the class have a good personality and keeps the class on its toes makes the class fun and funny while also providing knowledge the reason why I get 5 stars was because he showed a video of people crashing I think by the CHP and the video I shows you to be aware when you’re driving and the things that can happen when you drink and drive that video really got to me I will be more cautious when I Drive from now on
