Fetal Focus

My experience here was awful. Tanya is the one who did my ultra sound and was very rude and didn’t seem to care at all. She only took about 5 minutes told us what we are having and didn’t explain anything at all. She made rude remarks the whole time and made me feel very uncomfortable. The only good part was that we found out what we are having, but I will not recommend this place to anyone.

Really not happy with my experience here. I felt like the girl was in a rush and she seemed so sure at the sex of our baby which was 12 weeks. I showed my ultrasound to several people in the field and they told me she was definitely wrong for stating any gender considering the photos look like either boy or girl. I would never come back here. She also spent 15 minutes talking on the phone while I set their waiting and that was After her telling me she would «try» to hold my appointment since I wanted to take my toddler to the bathroom. No one was there and no one came the whole time. Just rude and quite ridiculous the whole thing.

I came here early this year because I left my doctor’s appointment and was told they could not find a heartbeat. They (my doctor) scheduled me an appointment but it was for a week away. I was devastated and couldnt wait, so I came to Fetal Focus and she took me straight back, and I saw that the baby heart had indeed stopped, but she was so kind and shared her experiences with me. I cried and she didnt seem annoyed. We are pregnant again and we are going to view our baby at 16 weeks. So excited!

My wife and I got the 2d ultrasound. Though they had many good examples of 3d pictures. First time parents and we invited grandparents, sisters even a great grandma went. The experience was very good. Very calm atmosphere and never did we feel rushed. We got to see many different angles and views and we got to take a few good pictures of baby. I will recommend this place to anyone. And if you have never experienced seeing a ultrasound surrounded with family I recommend you do. Very fun and worth the time.

If this is the one inside Moreno Valley mall, This is the first time I went for a 3D ultrasound, I’m pregnant with my third baby and it was a pretty cool experience. I purchased the $ 80 package, which included about 10 – 20 minutes, determination of my babies sex, listening to the heart beat, and 3 blk & white pictures. I had to go twice because the first time my baby was hiding her face with her hands. The first time I went a girl named Liz did the ultrasound she was very nice, Professional, and patient, she tried for what seemed like 25 minutes to get my baby to move her hands and umbilical cord out of her face, then let me go drink some cold water and walk around for a few minutes to get her to move, before trying again for another 20 minutes or so. My baby didn’t end up moving her hands away from her face so Liz scheduled me to come back another day and time. A week later I went back to what I thought was my scheduled appointment and there was a different girl, (sitting there painting her nails, and chit chatting with someone) I handed her what I thought was my appointment card and she was a little rude, asking if I had an appointment and I said «yes here’s my appointment card» she stated that wasn’t an appointment card it was the coupon. OK so whatever it said 3:00 and the date, looked like a freaking appointment to me! I said «it says date/​time right there» she again tried to argue that I wasn’t in the book or something but then said «but OK I guess I can see you» so she did my ultrasound for about 10 minutes and said «let’s see if we can get her to open her eyes» then about less then 5 minutes later finishes the ultrasound and ask what pictures do I want. I thought wow that was a good try and some patients on getting my baby to open her eyes, Lol. So anyway I would put 5 stars for the service Liz gave us, but I only put 4 for the rudeness of the second girl, whose name I did not get :/​but I’m happy with my pictures and might go back for the CD and colored pictures.

The only reason I’m even giving 2 stars is because I eventually got my ultrasound. But first of all, I called on a Tuesday afternoon for an appointment for the next day. The woman said that there were appointments available all day and that I can come at 11:30 am. So I said «ok I’ll be there at 11:30». I get there at 11:30 and there is no one there. I decided to wait until 11:45, still no one there. So I decided to leave. I called and called and called and finally someone answered at 1. I told her that I had come at 11:30 like the person on the phone told me yesterday and her response was «oh, sorry for the inconvenience» and I said «soo can I come in later?». I assumed that she would give me a discount of some sort, but that was not the case. Never recommending this place to anyone… I should’ve listened to my friend and went to baby’s first photos in riverside instead.
