The Owner, which I am assuming is the woman in the office very rude. Not a very nice woman. I left without buying a thing.

I went in late one night and they took their time explaining to me the style, construction and process of receiving the bedroom set in from the wholesaler. You’d think, near closing and discussing a product they could not sell that night, that they would be ready to go home but they were not. To buy this one bedroom set I went three different times. Each time they had a no pressured sell. They gave me options each time… even options that would have cut their profit by $ 600 and they were still just as pleasant & helpful (even w/​the prospect of making less money). I am thoroughly impressed.

They were really helpful and answered all of the questions I had. They truly went above and beyond to show me all of the different options they have for beds, mattresses. They never pressured us into purchasing anything, even when it came to how the delivery would be handled (whether it is curbside delivery or delivery and set up) they provided us the options, pros and cons and let us decide whatever we needed.
Will definitely keep coming back.

Recently moved and needed a new mattress. I purchased a queen size mattress from them at a very reasonable price. Comfortable mattress for a decent price.

We recently bought beds for our kids here. They were friendly and had great prices. They also delivered to our house.

I am a very particular shopper, I went to multiples furniture stores looking for a chest with no luck. I came to Furniture Helpers and found exactly what I was looking for. The sales guy took his time to explain the difference in quality, he sat with me until we found the perfect chest. I highly recommend this furniture store if you are looking for one on one service and do not want to just walk around a showroom floor guessing.

Yesterday we went to the store after driving 57 miles from Cypress OC. We came based on the manager store promise to my husband over the phone about price match and faster delivery she provided. She told us that she is doing price match including tax and delivery as long as it is in writing. We brought to her the written confirmation we had from the other store that included the tax and delivery (delivery from that store will take 4 weeks and she told us she can do it in 2.5 weeks that’s why we came to her!!! bad mistake!!!). She called the other store and got the confirmation about the price we had in writing. She told us that her total price will be $ 1491 while the other store was $ 1475. We said $ 20 extra is not a big deal since we drove all this distance!!!
When she gave us the receipt after charging I was shocked she charged us $ 1591. Extra $ 100!!!
I told her about what I thought a mistake but she said no this is the price and if you don’t want to buy that’s fine. She was trying to cancel the deal because she wasn’t happy about the price match!
We told her we drove 57 miles and now you told us that !!! Why you didn’t say that on the phone!!! No answer from her !!! She didn’t even tried to resolve the issue. Not a trusty lady and above that unprofessional ! she didn’t care about us at all and let us leaving her store mad, wasn’t a problem with her causing us all this troubles.
We went back to the other store that gave us the deal $ 1475 including everything and bought our sofa set. by the way he was only 10 miles from her. My recommendation to you don’t buy from her. You won’t be happy :((((((((((((((

I recently bought a couch online from Furniture Helpers, not only were they very friendly, but also very informative. When having a hard time choosing between 2 different sectionals I wanted, they were able to tell me more about the product and the care that would go into either choice. Most places would just say that the more expensive one is better, but not these guys very helpful. I had a great experience with Furniture Helpers, and because of that I will definitely be back again next time I have a furniture need.

HORRIBLE service. NEVER go to this store, she will rip you off and not give you any refunds after she lies. Too over priced for what she has, go elsewhere and save yourself the headache!
