The selection is great and they have great deals but the customer service today was horrible. There was a big line to check out with only one cashier open. There was another employee behind the counter putting price stickers on items. Instead of helping by checking people out, she just told us all, «Oh he will be with you soon.»

Awesome store found a movie i was looking for that’s hard to find now. They have old CD/​DVDs selection that maybe hard to find elsewhere and they aren’t even expensive.
The staff are helpful.

I used to like going there to shop but it is too expensive. You get better deals online and even off of their website. Also, the staff is helpful at times but it still isn’t enough to get me to shop there anymore.

Alright, but the staff can be a little pushy at times. Not many complaints though. This place meets the minimum requirements I have for a corporate music store.
