Best customer service ever! Tyler and Fausto are the best! Went in and got everything I needed with ease! Was greeted promptly and treated extremely well! Will be coming back always!

Walked into the store to purchase some protein powder and tried to use my gold card that they push every time. Could not use it and told me it was expired when in the system it was showing it was just opened six months ago. Associates did not have any clue and called the manager. Option was that I wait 20 minutes and call main office to figure out what was going on or the manager to manually approve the discount which he or she declined on the phone. I walked out the store without any discount because I did not have that much time. The gold card is pointless and stupid because it does not work when you need it and their managers lack basic customer service skills at this store.

Went in about a week ago to return a supplement that I had bought at another GNC and the lady who was working told me she couldn’t do a refund due to not«having enough money in the register». I then told her if she would put the money on a giftcard, again she denied me saying they were out of gift cards. I left the store pretty upset that a franchise store like GNC couldn’t give me a refund on something that was less than $ 40 dollars.

It’s your basic GNC in the mall. The staff are generally friendly, but being knowledgeable is hit or miss. If you know what you need, then you’re good to go. But if you’re not quite sure, then you may want to do a little homework, go somewhere else, or take the risk.
