I’ve been coming here for years approximately 8 to 9 years I have always loved and had a fast and easy check up and review they have always called me to update me and always helped me save money I myself will not be changing doctors anytime soon even if my insurance is not excepted thank you

They actually know what they’re doing, unlike Costco. The Doctor is very nice and professional and the staff is nice as well. Eye exams are only $ 55, which is not expensive.

The actual optometrists are wonderful. However, the rest of the employees are so rude. Every time I’ve been here, the receptionists have attitude. It’s unwelcoming enough for me to go somewhere else.

Extremely satisfied customer. Called in. Made appointment. Showed up 15 mins earlier. They still took me in. Filled out paper work while they checked my insurance. glad my insurance was accepted. All went smoothly. Staff was very helpful. First time getting contacts. Helped me thru the whole process. Would gladly recommend them to friends and family.

We switched over to Dr. Nguyen several years ago. The customer service is always great. Whenever I need my glasses adjusted, I can walk in and have them done while I wait. Very good service.

I had a great experience at Dr. Henry Nguyen’s optometry office. They do have walk ins and his staff is professional and down to earth. I will be coming in for my yearly check up here and bringing my family too. It is locate in the plaza on the corner of Frederick and Alessandro.
