New management team… very pleased with the customer service now. Really great deals and very clean store

Rude, rude, RUDE! All of the female workers at this store are very insecure and rude you-​know-​whats. Not only are their customer service skills poor, but also their people skills in general. Not only do they falsely advertise sales specials, but also seem to love drama and wanting to be nosey about who you are with and how you know this and that person well. Overall, I found this very unprofessional and waaaaay too personal for me… I just moved here, lol!

Every time I come here I have to fight over the posted sale price. Not only that but the manager is horrible! She’s always micromanaging and she’s very rude. I have to put down how racist Almost every Hollister I’ve ever been to is. I rarely get greeted but all the white boys with flip flops are smiled to. Makes the experience worse.

Customer service does not exist with this company.

False advertising today. Their store signs say «50% off Entire Store» yet most items were not even on sale. Store manager acknowledged the misleading nature of the signs but said her district manager would not let her take them down. Meanwhile the signs brought in many (mostly young and innocent) customers who may not have even realized they paid full price or some lower percentage of a discount. Shame on Hollister at the Moreno Valley Mall.

Terrible they have the worst customer service ever and the must have never heard of customer satisfaction. The manager is VERY RUDE and INCONSIDERATE and will not help you at al and is stuck up people should avoid shopping here at all costs worst place to buy clothes ever and I will never come back they almost never have sales and when they do there not that good the management at this particular store is beyond terrible they should just close this store people please do not shop at this one store when you ask a question they try to make it look like your starting a scene. I am beyond mad they always get angry easily and the have just gone to far the manager is mean terrible inconsiderate lying thief who cares nothing for what you want to buy and only cares for your money when you want to check out you have to go looking for the staff because they are to busy talking to the manager this place is so DIRTY that you could see cobwebs and such the manager never cleans or do anything except sit and complain scream and yell at the workers the manager should get fired!!!
