YES!!! I totally agree with you Moses… I’ve gone there 2 times already, and was just about to go a third time but am now searching for somewhere else to go. Do you have a good suggestion? the first time I got my screen replaced, it was the real iPhone glass(not knock off, cheap glass like the next time) it looked great, but before leaving, I noticed 1 little dot(just a little larger than a period. -.-) which turned out to be a small cluster of dead pixels. When mentioning it to the repair person, they looked a me like I was in the wrong and said nothing. I’m 100% positive that the cluster of dead pixels was NOT there before handing it over to them to repair. I guess it was the price that lured me there a second time because I was only charged $ 50 to replace the glass and screen. I was quoted 75 the first time, but was able to get him down to 60… I believe. Well, the last time they replaced both the glass and screen(both had a very significant amount of damage) first off, they made me pay b4 even giving them my phone to get repaired, which I found pretty strange. I thought originally… that it looked amazing and was very happy… that is until my boyfriend had used my phone and was able to notice a significant difference in the way the glass felt and also the way it looked. I then noticed that it was not the original iPhone screen or glass, and seems to be some kind of counterfeit/knockoff«made in China» glass and screen. I just shook it off and thought to myself«what can you really expect for a $ 50 screen and glass replacement?» A week or so later my boyfriend also noticed that the screen would occasionally flicker and also(as you stated) happens to have unusually large and noticeably different pixels which leads me to believe(even more now) that I was kind of ripped off the last time. Well, finally, I’m now looking for a new place to go to because this terrible quality, counterfeit glass and screen just completely gave out on me and I’m now unable to see a thing on my phone screen. This is very frustrating and inconvenient. I feel like you have a very credible review Moses, and am wondering if you have a suggestion as to a better recommendation to a more trusted repair place as I do not want to return after the last time and reading all of these reviews. I don’t care if it may be a little bit farther or more pricey than iDevice. I would really appreciate if you did. Thank you so much for the great review. I hope lots of people see it before considering them for iRepairs.

This place is horrible. I took my iPhone 4 here to get the screen replaced. They claim to used high quality parts, but that is obviously not true. The back light and color on the screen is horrible. If you look at the screen closely while it is on and when it is turned off you can clearly see the grid and pixels. There have been random dead pixels that have been popping up on my screen and now there is a green line going down the left side of the screen. Let me remind you I have only had the screen for 10 days. The screen lags a ridiculous amount and sometimes won’t even work at all and I’ll have to lock the screen and reopen it or turn it off and back on. I called and explained to them all the issues I am having and they rudely told me that they have a 7 day warranty and that it was now none of their concern. I am guessing they give a short 7 day warranty because they know that is how long their cheap screens will last. I am very upset that I have wasted my money at this place and I certainly will not be going back here ever again. I suggest no one else goes here either.

Took My iphone 5S there to get the screen replaced. The price was a bit higher than most places that I had looked into but the guy assured me he only used«Original» Parts and I was in a hurry to get it replaced. They replaced the screen very quickly in about a half hour. When i got the phone I noticed several things wrong with the replacement screen. 1) The back light to the screen is very uneven with some highs in the middle and a lot of uneven highs along the edges. 2) The screen lacks the color vibrance that these phones are known for. I switch back and fourth between my work phone 5s and my personal phone 5s and the differences are striking. 3) When you look closely at the screen you can see the columns of pixels. They are most noticeable with blue backgrounds. Certainly not retina display quality. 4) There is a part of the the black edge around the screen the bleeds light out from the back light of the screen. It is very annoying. I can only conclude that the replacement screen that I received is a low quality knock off and not an «original» part as the guy claimed. I do not recommend this place at all.
