Jersey Mike’s Subs

Called them at 10:00 AM with a last minute catering order. Within an hour, they were done with my order. Sandwiches are always fresh and delicious. Great all around service.

Had an amazing sub today at Jersey Mikes. Prepared fresh and ready in minutes, my sub was delicious. The store was clean and the staff was friendly and prompt. A little pricy for the amount of food but worth it for the quality. I will definitely eat here again.

I was at this location tonight and had the worst sandwich ever from Jersey mikes ! The bread was hard and stell. The lettuce was withered it was not a good experience tonight. I will not go back to this location anymore !, they give Jersey mikes and bad Name

We love Jersey Mike’s and eat here often. We enjoy the super thin sliced meats and cheeses and soft bread. Delicious! Tonight we were greeted by Cassie, who joked with us as we ordered and chatted happily while she built our sandwiches. We noticed her great customer service while she helped us, but while we enjoyed our delicious subs we also noticed how upbeat and positive she was with every single customer that came in. Super sandwiches and awesome service!

I’ve been on a mean ol sandwhich kick lately. Never tired Jersey Mikes before so we stopped in here noon Sunday after church. This spot could be described as «high class Subway.» Makes subway look and taste like trash actually.
The sizes come in mini, regular, giant (we both got regular but OMG we seen them making the giants and believe you mee they ARE huge.) The regular is also quite large don’t get me wrong. I got a club sub «Mikes Way» never heard of before btw but for anyone who doesn’t know it’s basically oil+vinegar+onions. Super yummy! Just a warning it makes the sub very wet (which I love sooooo)
$ 17 or so bucks for the regular sub club and ranch bacon chicken melt thingy. Was so yummy we didn’t share any meat with our pup which she was expecting as we usually do. I felt bad until I caught her going through the trash later with nearly her entire body inside the bag scavenging for leftovers. Jokes on her as there was none! No longer felt bad. That’s all. Great place please do give this chain a try if you haven’t.

First timer at Jersey Mikes today! The girls were so helpful and nice! Even got a free delicious cookie! The make it mikes way sub was so good!

Had to check this place out. Ive been hearing a lot about Jersey Mikes. I had the #13 which was an Italian Sandwich. The bread was fresh, meat was cut right there, and the vegetables were perfect. I enjoyed my meal. It’s a little pricey for sandwiches but worth it. I’ll be back again soon!
Side not the staff was very friendly and bathroom was very clean. Huge pluses to me.

These guys were so adorable and friendly. We were really difficult with our orders and they were super patient. I don’t come out this way often but they made our sandwiches well and we had a very pleasant experience. Love them.

Sandwiches are good but the service was not. The employees seemed like they were lost and didnt know what to do. I would go back because they are really good sandwiches. They just need to get it together.

Wow. As a first timer I couldn’t be more excited that they are here! !! Hands down THE BEST SANDWICH SHOP AROUND! ! I found out about a rewards program they have to get free subs! Awesome. Love love love this place.

There is no doubt that I’m a fan of Jersey Mike’s, but to say this particular branch is good is an understatement! They are the friendliest staff I have met ever, as in beyond Jersey Mike’s. Not only was my sub the best, the people who hand crafted it were the best too! From the staff to the manager it’s safe to say they set the standard at exemplary! Yum!

Apart from this is the best Sandwich, we have decided never to go to quiznos or subway again! Julian made our food, and he put it together like he was going to eat it himself. EVERY BITE had all the ingredients. And a shout out to Blanca for explaining all my questions about catering and sandwiches in a box or sandwiches in a bag. All the staff was very friendly, and showed that they were happy to be working at Jersey Mikes. Thank you and all at my work at the pot luck — very happy. You now have more future happy customers.

I love jersey mikes! There sandwiches are really good and are freshly made. I love that a regular sub can feed two people. Definitely have to get it Mike’s way! Price is decent and worth every penny ! This is my go to sandwich spot. I’ve tried the hot and cold subs, both are excellent!
Customer service is great! Joelle is the best! The only thing I dislike like is the lack of organization at times with multiple servers. But this a new location so I sure it would get better with time.
I would highly recommend this place!

I’ve been to 3 different locations, one in Redlands, and two in Moreno Valley and all three disappointed me because of the service and the organization of ordering and paying. Don’t get me wrong, the food is amazing, but the fact that I waited 20 minutes after ordering my hot sub, it took another 4 minutes just to pay because of the cashier not focusing on his task of tendering, he was helping his fellow workers with packaging, and answering other customers questions when I’m standing right there in front of the register with my money out ready to pay. And as for the person putting the veggies on the sandwich, they need to organize it better how they would be aware of what kind of sandwich they’re working with. He had to ask me what sandwich I ordered and didn’t know the number so he had to look it up on the menu, disappointing. The girl cutting the meats was dancing and laughing way to much. Very unprofessional. Oh yeah forgot to mention that when I got there, there were only 3 other customers. They really need to look into these problems because I had such similar experiences at the other locations.

Food prep area was nauseating, with food mixed with condiments and staff re-​using food that had fallen on counter. The related areas were just as bad. First time visit for us, and the last.

AMAZING customer service. The subs here are already good but Donald and Tim’s customer service was great. It was more than a here’s your sandwich and go kind of thing. If u guys are looking for a place with good food and caring employees this place is the place to go. Good job Tim and Donald! Highly recommend this place

Very good and friendly service even though they are super busy. Clean and nice location, its located in a fairly new shopping center. Subs are excellent, ordered the number 9. It was very very good. Will definitely be returning.
