If you want exceptional quality, this is the place for you. I’ve ordered patches from this company three years in a row. They were perfect and on time. I have also ordered a complete jacket from them as well. Absolutely the best quality. The manager/owner is a perfectionist and that is why you will get the absolute best product.

Can’t say enough about all personnel, manager, salespeople, and seamstresses. They go above and beyond anything I could ask. Beautiful jackets done to perfection! An added bonus is the attention, knowledge and overall care and concern of their manager in meeting our needs. She expedited both my daughter and her teammates jacket at no additional cost. This was not promised, yet it made our day! If the highest rating is a five, I give them a 6+!!!

I wanted to let people know that this company has great employees. The manager was a different story. She was very condescending and rude. My daughter’s jacket was late, she made her feel like she was a bugging when we called on the status. I do not recommend this company for the reason of the manager being so rude.
My daughters jacket had a major flaw with the sleeves. They did however fix the problem right away. Because of that I will consider using them again.

I was worried about going here based on another review I read. I needed a letterman jacket for my son done. They were the only place that I could get the jacket rush ordered. I crossed my fingers and hoped all would turn out well. The staff was friendly. Very helpful and took the time to listen to what we wanted and offered suggestions. Jacket was finished on time. The jacket was very well made, colors were correct, spelling was correct, patch placement was correct. Overall we are very pleased and we would definately recommend.
