Our furnace is 35 years old and we have been advised by other air conditioning companies that we need to replace our furnace very soon. The cost of a new furnace could be so costly not even considering the installation charge. Well, this year, we finally got in trouble that the furnace started leaking. The first furnace maintenance company gave us a quote of $ 4500 to replace the system because they told us that the unit is so old that it doesn’t worth saving. We just recently had Jones Service Co. install a brand new central heating and a/​c system in our 1950’s home and they did a fantastic job! The heat wave we experienced this summer made it especially difficult for them to provide manpower, but Mike and Andy came down to San Diego and wired up our attic, installed all of our vents, put in all new ducting, and reconfigured gas lines on top of installing condenser, heater, and framing our ceiling and installing an attic ladder!
