Only good if you like your pizza soggy from all the grease. Seriously though. Take a pizza Togo and the box is almost ripping from the grease pile on the bottom of the box.

One of the best pizzas in Moreno Valley. I can’t say anything bad about the food. Also the salads are really good along with the subs. I always ask to get my pizza made well done just to give it that extra crispy. The sauce that comes with the spaghetti is very good as well.

If I could give this place zero stars I would! Walked in and the girl was rolling her eyes, we walked up to her and gave us a dirty look still, we asked her if they had a menu, and said its up there. We didnt even try the food just cause we didnt feel comfortable. And left. I felt bad for the people who had ordered before us, they asked her a question and all she did was give them attitude. She only made her self look bad. Worst customer service ever, even the people that work at mc donalds are nicer and have better customer service, so sad that this place hires people like this. We gave this place a try just cause we had been to the one in riverside and it was closer to home. We left and went to the one in Riverside hands down the best customer service and oh god the food is amazing!!!

We order delivery from Lorenzo’s maybe once a week. Whatever we order is always still hot when it gets to us. The delivery drivers are always really friendly.
We have enjoyed everything we’ve ordered from here. Highly recommended.

Average pizza, reasonable pricing, ridiculous wait. It took an hour to get my pizza. Not bad if you’re eating there and watching a game. I wouldn’t like this place for delivery. Either way it’s a 100% better option than porkys.

Used to be good, pizza is just way too thin now, until you get to the fat crust. Sierra mist was mixed poorly, the unfiltered water overpowered the taste of the syrup. Long wait times also add to the mediocrity. Sad times.

Got the family deal and it was pretty decent. The food was ready on time (30 minutes) for pickup, and the salad was good. A little more chicken wings (considering this was the family deal) would have been great. Otherwise, no complaints!

I live down the street and we order from them a few times a month. I don’t understand all the people who say the pizza and service are bad. The pizza is really good and the people who work there are very friendly. The wait is always about 30 to 45 minutes, which is about average for a delivery. I have gone in and ordered and ordered off the phone and had no problems at all. My only complaint is that they sell Pepsi products and I really do not like Pepsi. They would be the best if they switched to Coke instead!

50 minutes later here comes the really bad pizza! Nothing really fast or all that good about the delivery service; and the pizza was cold and subpar by the time I received it. For added delight and amusement the box was covered in ranch dressing. I politely ask the driver do you think this is acceptable? He responded with a dumb look with complete, disregard, «aha No»! but with no regard to somehow rectifying the situation no I’m sorry. Just the other driver must have left it. Sad and pothetic at the same time. Yeah I’ll pass on this place!

They took my money and didn’t even deliver the food, over 3 hours later and no response, they actually took my money and never brought the food
What kind of place take your money and order and refuses to answer any of your calls after its been over 3 hours??? Very awful service
Thank you for taking so long to not give me food that by the time I wanted to order somewhere else it was to late, thanks for not just ruining my night but my son’s and my girlfriends, my brothers and my dads, I really appreciate how horrible your service is, I regret relying on you guys to bring our family food

Wait time said 45 minutes to an hour. An hour and 10 minutes later, still no pizza. When I called, her excuse was that I ordered online. So I ordered from pizza hut (online), and got my pizza in 35 minutes.

Please stop giving them your service! I’m sure most good reviews are coming from folks that choose delivery. Yes, their pizza’s are decent. However, the grandma working the register is the worst. I’m assuming she is the owner.
As a 25 year old, I had never experienced worse service and obvious hostility towards my party. They took our order and served us in a very RUDE manner. The older lady and her? daughter? gave us death stares from the register all night long. Served a very small portion of potato wedges and also very little toppings on the pizza.
Ultimately, it was not worth eating at Lorenzo’s due to how uncomfortable we felt there. The group of white males that came in were treated very differently. I believe it is safe to assume they are racist at an Italian pizzeria. Indeed ironic.

On our quest for a favorite local fast food pizza place we came across Lorenzo’s. I think this may be my favorite so far. They had a pretty good deal of 2 large 1 topping pizzas for 17.99 so we went with that. The extra toppings were $ 1.55 which is ok i guess. We ordered a pepperoni pizza and a pepperoni/​ham one. They did take an hour to deliver which is quite a long time but whatever. I bit it into the first slice of pep/​ham and, yum!!! The dough is really good, and fluffy. And their sauce is just right. I will definitely be calling them again for my pizza needs :)
