This location rocks ! Norka was so helpful and provided me with the greatest customer service. She was able to help me over the phone and saved me valuable time from driving 35 mins to this office.

Ok this company as a whole has no interest in customer service. I talked with customer service at corporate level again stating I felt I should be compensated due to outright lie One Main Associate told me in order to get me in office. I heard same BS from this person as well. This place is no better (maybe worse) than one of those payday loan places. Do yourself a favor stay away from One Main get your financial needs elsewhere!
