Panda Express

Sometimes I need some healthier Chinese food and this was the closest to me. Unfortunately the two inexperienced twenty year olds (one Looking very Much a «Chola» with all that makeup on!) Thought it was funny for me to say Yes to a Sample b4 Ordering! I just remembered that Over make up Gal had done the exact thing before to me also and laughed then too when she did not think i was paying attention! If You noticed My rating of this place went down another star since the last encounter here. Some advise to the owners. Your food keeps going up higher in price so please hire people that make Your establishment a better dining experience! As for Me this hopefully is My last time Here!

Food looks dry and unappealing. I didn’t realize how disgusting the egg rolled look until I got home

I am in Moreno Valley a lot more often for work now and finding different places to eat hasn’t always been easy. Today my boss spotted Panda Express. I have been wanting noodles…
Panda Express is in the same shopping center as Stater Brothers and next door to Subway.
The employees were friendly, the food fresh and the place was clean. My boss has Orange Chicken. I had a double portion of vegetables. I have been spoiled in Orange County where I can get a Tofu dish or an Eggplant dish, hopefully that will be on the menu in Moreno Valley one of these days.

I’m only giving this place one star because the guy who helped us in the beginning of the line was extra friendly and began what I thought was going to be a good experience. However, I had to wait 5 minutes for noodles and orange chicken. When my food was ready I was on the phone sitting down for fine in and the girl as cashier kept yelling out your food is ready. Didn’t have the audacity to walk my food over to me. I work in a food related job and when this cases occur we walk the food to them. It’s about having consideration after I waited on food that should have been done. She then forgets my egg rolls and yells again.
Horrible service from her. I used to love coming here. Except now everytime I go I’m always kept waiting for food.

Andrea was super friendly and helpful meanwhile NICOLE was super rude!!!
Once we got our food my boyfriend asked her «can we also get some cheese wontons «never look at us didn’t say a word!!! We though ok maybe she didn’t hear us .
Well a few minutes later she asked Andrea can you get them some wontons so then she did hear us!!! I looked at my boyfriend like are u serious .
Worst customer service ever!!!

I used to love coming here before all of the new workers came in. The food is no longer served fresh but this place has definitely become very stingy with their portions. VERY stingy. Which I find a bit odd considering how this company throws out ALL of the food at the end of every night…

We love Panda’s Menu. The thing makes the difference is the Service and Cook. This location is way better than couple other location in Moreno Valley, Riverside we went to. But today when I came in and order mixed veggi at lunch time, they had none. I had to wait almost 20 min to get it cooked n ready ! How could you not have your menu item in lunch time ?! Question for manager !!!

Came in 30 min before closing. The employee told me that all the scraps left over was all I can get. They were not going to make anything else for us. I could definitely understand they were closing but she was pretty rude!

This place is great for party trays, and panda feasts. Who doesn’t like having panda during a party? Must gets are chow mein, Beijing beef, honey walnut shrimp, and of course orange chicken. The girl who greeted us named TR was especially helpful and I would gladly return to this location receive her superb customer service.

This is the first Panda Express I’ve ever been to. The place was kind of hard to find. It’s not a separate building facing the road, but part of the Lakeside Plaza. So if you are lazy and like to go through the drive through when you buy your food, then you should not go to this store location. (I believe there is another location on Day street?)
The inside of the restaurant was nice and clean. The cashier was friendly and greeted me when I walked in.
I ordered a two entrée plate of chow mein, kung pao chicken and mushroom chicken. I had actually wanted to try out the eggplant tofu entrée that was listed on the restaurant chain’s website, but this location did not have the entrée when I came by.
I thought the portions were pretty fair for the price I paid ($ 6.73).
I liked the mushroom chicken, though the cooked cucumber slices in it had a kind of unappetizing-​looking, congealed substance (Snot-​like) look to it. They still tasted good to me, but the appearance of the cucumbers might irk some. The entrée had plenty of chicken and mushrooms with some cucmbers.
The kung pao chicken was alright. I like spicy foods, but I didn’t really like the peppery, spicy taste it had. The entrée also had a good amount of chicken, cucumber pieces, and red bell pepper pieces along with some pieces of hot peppers and peanuts.
The chow mein was different from the chow mein I’ve had at other Asian restaurants. The noodles were a thinner type and very crinkley. The noodles were also somewhat dry and chewy. There was a fair amount of vegetables in this. (Thinly sliced cabbage, celery and onions I think?)
It’s not a bad place to get some quick Chinese food from.

I really love this place! They have fresh food and good service. It is always clean and I have never seen it over crowded. I always get the honey walnut shrimp because it is super yummy! I would give it 5 stars except for the fact that it is a little expensive for the portion you get, and they charge you a dollar extra for a shrimp entrée.

Can’t go wrong with the Panda, I have eaten at many of their locations while traveling and always walk away happy.

This location is clean and the employees are nice and helpful. I prefer this location because they still serve soup-​the Panda on Moreno Beach does not sell soup anymore.
