Very friendly service especially Sandra. Ordered wings and fries and it tasted really good. Wait time was about 7 mins but it’s worth it.

The girl who was working here on Sunday 3÷20÷16 around 3 – 4 ish needs to check her attitude. I can see you, it doesn’t hurt to smile once in awhile. Her face was so bitter and full of disgust. I can already tell she bullies her male coworkers. She made such a scene when one of the guy poured too much fries for a mega size. Just let him know that’s too much and let him learn! Like what are you really going to do with the chunk of fries you just took out? Your franchise obviously doesn’t sample so might as well let it go! My only other guess is that she’ll eat the chunk she took out. I’ve been to many Potato Corner and matter of fact I come to POCO every week (SA) location. This location sucks! I mean 75 cents charge for orders under $ 5? No mixing flavors unless a mega size or larger is ordered? I’m literally pulling my hair out from this nonsense! Get it together!!! Also, they don’t do five star or any type of reward program. The guy at the register with long hair was a sweetheart. He was very generous, respectful, and most importantly, friendly. I had ask for extra seasoning and he gave me more than I wanted. There should be more employees like him around. Everyone here look like they hate their lives. Im so not used to this type of atmosphere. To sum it up, don’t be too picky and order a lot so you don’t have to pay the stupid 75 cent fee.

The person working at the register was friendly and super nice! I believe his name is Benjamin! The girl who put my order in the fryer and the guy who shook and made my order they looked like they hated life! No customer interaction at all and didn’t even bother talking to us. You work for retail dealing with customers is a huge part of your job. I’m glad he got my order right and he did put extra seasonings. The only thing I didn’t like about the person who made my order was his attitude when I asked if I can get a sprinkle of chili bbq he made it seem like I asked for too much!
Another thing this mall is so bad. My friends and I didn’t feel safe walking around here.

Louie is cute, and the chicken poppers are great with the buffalo sauce. Their baked potatoes are great! Great service

Lately, I’ve been noticing more Potato Corners opening in malls, but I never felt compelled to give it a try. I mean fries are fries, right? WRONG. I decided to give it a try and was overwhelmed by all the choices. Who knew there were so many ways to eat potatoes until its all right in front of you. They have tater tots, loopy fries, chips, sweet potato and original. And don’t even get me started on all the flavors they had. Being the indecisive person that I am, you can imagine the struggle I must’ve had. But the cashier showed me such great customer service. She was extremely patient and offered me samples so I could get a taste of what I might commit myself to. Pro tip: you can mix the flavors together. After careful consideration, I decided to go with the tater tots mixed with BBQ and garlic.
Overall, the potatoes are great, price is great, and the customer service is out of this world. Needless to say, I will be coming back.

Tried this place for the first time today. Tots were very crunchy and when seasoning was added they were delicious. They allow you to do half and half on the seasonings on the larger orders. Employees were friendly and they cook the tots fresh so you have to wait just a few minutes.

The quality of the fries isn’t good! The oil tastes old & stale! The employees lack motivation & take forever! I would not recommend for the price! Honestly McDonald’s has better fries!

I am sorry to say that the customer is wrong. Chicken tenders are same size. Kids meal is 2 tenders and jumbo fries and small drink. Regular combo is 3 strips, mega fries and medium drink. Also on the customer complaining about loopy is wrong. Customer was advised that we are out of regular fries and they can switch for tots which are 10 cents cheaper than the original fries. But the customer chose to choose loopy fries. Now if customers thinks that because we ran out of regular fries we will switch it for free, then the answer is wrong. Also it is a lie if customer says she was not advised as we never make our order from before. I personally have been to restaurants where they have run out of food. Example they run out of chicken, will they give me a steak for the price of chicken? Answer is no. If customer thinks difference of 40 cents should not be charged because we do not have regular fries again the answer is no. The customer was told we are out of regular fries and if they would like tots. They chose loopy and there is a price difference. As far as soggy fries not true as everyone who eats here knows that fries are never precooked. If customer felt fries very soggy they could have brought back the fries and we would have gladly replaced the order. They never complained about soggy fries and I think it is just meant for Unilocal readers. BY the way Customer is also misinformed as there is no Potato Corner in Tyler Mall as of now. In the end Can’t make everyone happy. We try to, but some people are just difficult.

If I could I would give no stars and advise those who love potato corner and have the gas money, then take the trip to Tyler mall it will be well worth it. The customer service here is just as bad as the food. The manager/​owner could not put a complete sentence together in order to explain to me how they run their business. While here I decided to order a wing meal w/​original fries and a kids meal w/​original fries as well, only to find out after completing my order that they ran out of original fries and only have enough to complete one of my orders. They had the nerve to still charge me 30 cents because I had to get loopy fries instead. Not my fault they ran out of fries. My fries end up being very soggy and not crispy and tasted as they they were not cooked all the way. Not only was my mean nasty and tasteless my friend who accompanied me was just the same… Steer clear of this location!!!

Well I was very happy at the beginning when they opened & it just went down hill. I always order the kids meal and get 2 chicken tenders. Well I noticed that the last time the chicken tenders were as small as my pinky & I asked if I can get another one and one girl said, yes no problem, but another girl just had to butt in & say well it’s the kids meal, what else can you expect And I told her I usually get this and it’s never as tiny. That comment was just plain stupid. Fortunately the first girl had good customer service, but if their manger said to give small tenders for the kids meal, this place is going to lose business or get angry customers. I asked before what the difference between a kids meal and a regular meal they just said the quantity of the tenders ! (They never mentioned the size nor does it say!)
