I unfortunately had to get an item from this store for my child’s school project due the following day. Evidently they fired all but two Radio Shack employees and now staff with Sprint employees. The Radio Shack employee was on her«break» and the Sprint employees can’t operate the cash register. I waited half an hour for the RS employee to return so I could check out. What a half-ass unprofessional operation.

They get 2 stars because of the associate Maria… Other wise they would only get 1 star. Another company needs, to scoop her up. She knows true customer service. We were at the store 4 hours yesterday she tried so hard to correct a problem with a friends phone that was purchased on black Friday. 2 defective phones later she had to reverse the contract. Friend had to go back today to get the transaction completed because it needed a manager. The manager Vontry must have came from mor furniture riverside school of training. First he left Maria the associate to try and figure it out on her own. Yes he got in his car and left the store. When he finally decided to came back he voided the sale which is not how it need to be completed. It now messed up the account with the phone co. He threw away the case that came with the original phone instead of holding it along with tbe phone and refused to replace it. Rude! Worst manager ever! Another hour later finally got her money and left never to return.
