I went here to get my club membership because I was obsessed with the claw machines! This location doesn’t have a lot compared to the one in Puente Hills. The workers seemed super monotones and tired the only good thing is that I won a big kitten from the machines haha

Came on a Saturday night and had 4 parties waiting in front of us for the karaōke rooms. They told us they only had 2 karaōke rooms that worked out of 6. We waiting for hours and hours. How do they only have 2 out of 6 rooms working?! Ridiculous!

Solid 30min wait for food or beer; everytime I come on a Friday/Saturday! Pool, Pin Pong, Bowling & Karaōke can be just as bad… severely understaffed! Prices are reasonable… I just can’t justify that wait.

I came for a birthday party(adult) in a rented karaōke room. We had a blast. Of course, these types of things depend highly on who is with you. And the people I was with were awesome. But disregarding that, the actual venue was great. The room we were in was private, large(could fit approx 15 – 20 comfortably), had a big karaōke screen, and a very extensive selection of songs both older and new. I think this place is definitely a fun thing to do with a bunch of friends for an event or to just hang out. I would recommend going with a large group though; just makes it more fun. Oh, and we had about 14 people and for a 3 hour rent it cost each of us $ 7. So approximately $ 34/hr.

I go here about once a month because there is nothing closer to me but damn is this location a hot mess. A lot of the machines are broken. Good luck playing rhythm games because that whole section is next to the bowling alley and you can hardly hear anything. Karaōke is a joke. If you go for the English machine its something out of the 90s. Blue screen with tacky block font words. Its… sad. Big pro is the happy hour drinks are good and(when it works) they have 4 player Mario Kart. The credit ratio is pretty standard, same with tickets. They have a ton of UFO catchers and photo booths. The food bar is good about giving you free cold water.

ONE star because it is completely deceiving and looks like a DECENT place after you read all the reviews about this place. Personally this was my first time going after attending UCR and I’m happy I didn’t go sooner. I was aware about the attitudes about the employees and all but I still went because its riverside you know. Who doesn’t want to venture and have fun. Well please believe me, as I say you would have more fun throwing your money at a fountain than at this place. Me and Bae only decided to play at the arcade but we felt the ARCADEPLAYEDUS more than we did. Its such a rip off seriously. Half of the games are NOTWORKING or they give you like 1 ticket. Get this the good games that look all new and shiny are like a billion credits. Each credit is approximately a quarter. On average I saw the good games were like 6 – 8 credits. Rolls eyes. I’ve gone to Camelot and won with $ 20, a monkey bear. Here we spent $ 30 on tokens and got some chocolates –_– Yeah they have bowling, ping pong, billiards, ect. And I didnt try all that stuff. But I’ve read the reviews and I totally believe them now. They have too much going on. And I believe that is the problem of this place. They have a bunch of tennagers running this place. They’re grumpy as it is because they probably haven’t reached puberty and have to work to afford prom. I get it, but still maybe they need more management or atleast an adult to be responsible. It’s a big place for these little people to be working in.

Good food great games it could use a little more cleanliness the tables always have trash on them for hours and a few games could use a little wipe down, their pizza is a little too expensive for what they are I mean little Cesar is $ 5 and taste better than this $ 22 pizza plus drinks are $ 3 plus .80 refill a little pricy but other than that the kids had fun bring hand sanitizer

Did the«right thing» paid the price. Over several months Round1 failed to take funds from bank when I used my debit card to add play time to my game cards. Now my Bank(wrongfully) told me it was too late for them to collect funds. I spent at least two months trying to report this to them as felt this was a bigger issue than just me and I wanted to do right thing. 3 months later(after I added funds back to my checking account) they take over $ 200.00. I report an issue and this is thanks I get. I understand I got use of game play but money was taken months later and the change in balance is now harmful to my family. I contacted corporate and of course they told me they would check but no call back over a week later. So much for doing the right thing!

Terrible service. One employee was drunk and began a quarrel with my friends and me. Upon discovery his I sobriety I began recording his actions and his manager protecting him, telling us he didn’t in fact work there as he stood behind the cash wrap wearing their uniform. After asking if he worked there, no one on their staff could say yes or no. I’m going to follow up with video with the manager. If this is the unprofessional staff they wish to have represent their brand, then I won’t take part in any more of their services. Embarrassing.

Fun concept, but certainly has its flaws. There is tons to do here — bowling, arcade games, pool, darts, ping pong, etc. I spent most of my time bowling, and the modern equipment made it a positive and painless experience. However, it is a bit on the expensive side and they’re lacking on some of the bowling essentials. For example, they were out of shoes my size(11) and there weren’t enough people there to really justify it. I ended up having to squeeze into a 10.5 which wasn’t very comfortable. Also, I have somewhat large fingers, and I couldn’t find a single ball that I could use comfortably even when moving up to the heavier balls. They have food which actually tastes pretty good, but like everything else here, it is pretty expensive. The beer selection is surprisingly good and reasonably priced. Overall, not bad, but could be improved in a few big ways.

We used to frequent this place when they still had unlimited bowling but since they removed that option its kinda overpriced. The staff can be helpful at times and absent at others. The bowling facilities are above average.

This place is a joke, don’t think you’ll have any Luck reserving anything because apparently the manager only works from midnight till 4 am, if you call any other time you won’t have any luck. We had a cosmic bowling reserved for my daughters 10th birthday, call back the next day and BOOM! It’s gone, no record of it, people telling us they don’t do cosmic during the day even though we were promised the same 11 hours ago. to make matters worse, each time we called we were transferred a minimum of 3 times and told something different each time. Save your time and money and go to Brunswick down the street a bit.

This place is disappointing… the claw games were hard. I won something but it took about 10+ times to get it. Also when we tried doing karaōke we kept on running into problems with the machines. It doesn’t some with instructions either so we had no idea how to set up the machine. Then our mics didn’t work so they had to replace them twice, and our second time in doing so the manager/worker seemed disgruntled. We spent 30 mins trying to fix this problem. So I’m probably not coming back to specific one, or if this problem persists with another Round 1 I’ll just not waste my time with this place.

Round 1 is so, so fun! I only come here to make my boyfriend try to win me a Sanrio doll from the crane machines. It took us a few tries coming back after the third time(Three time’s the charm!), we were finally able to win me a pretty Hello Kitty doll! Once you get familiarize with the machines, so easy to try and win them! I played some arcade games here too. Definitely fun. It is kind of pricey but a $ 20 game card can suffice and still give you a lot of game credits, unless you’re trying to go all out. They also have karaōke, purikura photo booths, ping pong, and bowling. Many options for some family fun or if you want to hang with your friends. After 11 they check for ID if you’re trying to get in. They do sell alcoholic beverages there, so that’s probably why. Too bad the location is in Moval, but I’ll just go during broad daylight unless I’m up for the drive to Diamond Bar.

I’m not really a big fan of this place at all. Everything is overpriced and loud. The staff is careless and rude, but we can infer that this is not the greatest place to work either. Can’t really say much more about this place except it’s disappointing. However, it is a perfect environment for teenagers and parents who don’t want to travel far to entertain their kids. If you are an adult looking for things to do with your adult friends, don’t embarrass yourself by being seen here. Save your money and go buy yourself a 30 pack instead. It’s much cheaper.

Horrible customer service. I actually could like to give half a star, but that apparently doesn’t exist and here’s why I gave such a low rating: My friends and I went karoke together. Not only was the line long, but they clearly have two separate tables, one for bowling and the other for karoke, to deal with the long line. Yet, they did not put the tables to use efficiently. When they gave us a room to sing, we discover that the machine was not working. We had to ask for help two times and it took them 15 minutes to come over to our room. When they came in, the employees told us that they will try to relocate us to another room. After one hour staying in the room, they finally gave us a new room. During that one hour, employees came in and out of the room. I could practically see and hear the confusion they had. They did not know how to fix the machine and multiple different people had to cone in and help out. Later, my friend told us that the other rooms were actually EMPTY. So my question is «why did it took them an hour to relocate us when there were multiple empty rooms?» Once we went to the new room, we had time to sing one song, but around the end of the second song the manager came in and told us we have to leave the room. Apparently, the reason was because it was a fire hazard to have a large group of 10 people in a small room. He told us that the max capacity is six people and that we did not even have enough room to sit. One of my friend pointed out that on the door the sign clearly said max capacity of 12 people. The manager looked at the door for 5 seconds before turning back to us. He claimed that what the door said was incorrect and that what he the actual capacity was 6 people. He told us that he have already reserve the room we were in for another group and that we have to get out. We try to reason with him that HE was the one who gave us this room. He denied that he did not give us the room and that he could relocate us to another room if we wait near the paying counter and out of everyone’s way. Outside the room, he told us that we could wait until an empty room is available. By that time, we had wasted almost an hour and a half for a karoke that nwvwr happened. When we try to leave, he argued with us that we should stay. When one of my friend pointed out that they need to improve their system, he threw a temper tantrum, called our large group of 10 people«ghetto», and kicked us out of Round One. However, because we separate our large group into two smaller grouos, we had to wait outside for them. Not even 5 minutes later, the manager called the cops because we are still waiting for our friends outside. The cop claimed we must leave the mall immediatly because we are outside Round One for a «long» time and that the mall is «our property and that having a large group outside is ghetto.» When we try to explain that we are waiting for our friends to come back from the restroom, the cop refuse to listen to us and insist we get out of the mall and wait outside. Not only was it night time, but it was also about to rain and being the responsible cops they are, they want us to wait outside in the dark when it’s about to rain.

This place is when Dave and Buster meets Lucky Strike and BOOM you have Round 1. Round 1 has Bowling Karaōke, Arcade games, Billards pool, Darts, Ping Pong, they have food and they do parties too. It’s fun for all ages. This is the place to have fun fun fun. I love playing the basketball shooting game, I love playing the Mario Kart Game too, Air hockey is a classic game. Now the photo booth is amazing you have to take picture of your good time here. Believe me you will in tickets whatever game you play. After 10 you have to be 18 or older because they do serve alcohol beverages. I personally love this place, the environment, the vibe, the people are friendly, every body is there to have fun. I love to bowl there too it’s a lot of fun loving. Prices $ 10-$ 50 Location: inside the Moreno Valley mall Customer service: A+++++ I had excellent customer service and support. My husband and I were visiting family in Indio, an they drove us out to the Moreno Valley Mall. We were so excited to see Round 1 Entertainment inside. We walked in, an was amazed to see, this place had it all! Bowling, video games, karaōke, ping pong, darts, billiards, a bar and a food menu. We started bowling and ordered a couple of drinks from the bar. OMG, we had so much fun! We never finished walking around the mall… lol Hopefully on our next visit, we’ll see the entire mall because we’re definitely going back to Round 1!

I like coming here often l, may it be for bowling, arcade, or karaōke. The atmosphere is pretty awesome, usually kept pretty clean and the couches for the bowling are a nice touch. The only gripe I may have is the pricing but I guess you can’t help that too much but especially the weekends $$$. Also dislike when one to many arcades are out of order, like 6 – 8 one night seemed a bit overboard but who knows what the trouble may have been that night. Recap +Good variety of things to do +Great location –prices on weekends –disabled arcades/photo machines
