Round Table Pizza

Went for the All you can eat today and I’ll tell you these will be first and last time. There was really no food, the cashier Veronica was kind of rude ask for how old my daughter was and I said she’s 3. She did a grim on her face like she didn’t believe me. Than some kids ask for water and she didn’t give them any. We left and decided to go to shakys for there pizza buffet.

We usually have a great experience here but the shift manager Veronica is the rudest lady ever!!! I work in customer service, and if you’re having a rough day personally NEVER EVER project your attitude towards your customers. And when she asked how old the baby is, which she is 3 she just rolled her eyes as if we were lieing. What kind of crap is that? Sorry round table but re consider WHO you make a manager because she is NOT suited for the position ESPECIALLY if that’s her actual personality trait.
There was also 3 kids about maybe 10years old and they were playing the games and she looked so annoyed and was giving them a attitude, they weren’t causing any trouble or anything. So round table. I HIGHLY suggest you have a talk with miss Veronica about her attitude towards your customers.
We went for the buffet lunch special and there wasn’t anything but bread so we asked for our money back because when we asked Veronica about the pizza she gave an attitude again so yes we left and we will be walking out if we ever go back and she’s there. We Don’t want to be serviced by someone with a bad attitude especially this pizza loving family, because we travel around cali to find great pizza places, and costumer service plays a BIG part.

Pizza is very good. Presently I am in the almost empty restraunt and there are 7 tables that haven’t been cleared off. Not very appetizing. It is 5:33 pm

Ate here today with my wife and daughter. The pizza was delicious, always can count on that same flavorful Round Table pizza taste. The staff member Isabel helped us and recommended the bread twists also which tasted incredibly great. Isabel was friendly and helpful and checked on us to make sure everything was ok. The restaurant has a nice atmosphere with large TVs and clean tables. Each staff member smiled when you walked by them. I will eat here again.

So glad we came n 2day, we’ve lived n MO Val for years and never stopped by, thanks Isabel for takin such good care of us. As soon as she heard this was our first time coming in she gave us suggestions gave us a coupon to use for the night and made certain everything was ok and we were happy with our meal thanks again Isabel!!! Wings were good! We’ll be back for Tuesday night buffet!

we thought we would give them one more try since the garlic chicken thin crust pizza was awesome. not a good idea we will never ever go back! why does it seem so hard for this establishment to get their customer service in check and the district manager was there taking orders? we will never ever go back! staff seems confused and un attentive. The chicken wings and drinks took forever and they were not busy! we were there on a Thursday night! Pizza was tasty or I would of asked for a refund…

As far as pizza buffets go… this is the best. Great lunch option w lots of choices. A must try. Very clean w great service :-)

Skinny crust was light and crispy. The veggies were fresh and the flavors meshed so well. I will get this pizza again and recommend it to veggie lovers.

The pizza was good, nothing to complain about there. HOWEVER, the time i visited, it was very dirty. I could maybe understand if it was busy, but it wasn’t at all! There were only a total of 3 guest, including myself and my husband. To decide where to sit, we had to see which tables were actually clean. My husband and I started cleaning our own table, the other customer walked by us and told the associate that we shouldn’t have to clean our own table.
We also had some beer, I noticed that the associated poured our pitcher and had to remove half the pitcher full of foam, and keep filling until there wasn’t a lot of foam. If this place was cleaner I would rate it higher.

Your sign still says open and it’s midnight. But your pizza is good from what I remember. I don’t know why we stopped coming here, maybe it had something to do with our step mom divorcing our dad. Maybe he never really liked your pizza. I don’t know. I’ll stop by for pizza soon, don’t go anywhere.

Manager was super helpful, love the food, love the service. all in all, I had a great experience.

If I could give this round table no stars I would. I went to go get one pizza and we waited patiently for 20 minutes. Once they called our order we went up to the counter and the pizza we ordered was not correct we asked for no tomato, and there was tomato, we also were missing the green onions that are apart of the pizza ingredients. To top it off our ranch dressing was missing for our wings. We decided to just ask for money back and the rude cashier Jeremy, said «you really want a refund for some green onions and some ranch?» Needless to say we got into a heated discussion over our refund and the shift manager had to come out and send him to the back after he continued to argue with us. This is the worst establishment to spend your money at I should’ve gone to Little Bambinos instead. SAVE YOUR MONEY!

An average pizza restaurant. Clean environment with the exception of lack of attention from the staff to clear the plates off of dining tables. Nice server but the cook or food preparer doesn’t really put too much care into the food. Overall a mediocre place.

Nothing fancy. Pizza is pizza here. But the buffet is cheap. So if you have a few dollars and are hungry this is your place.

I ordered online for faster service. So when I arrived at round table my pizza wasn’t ready. I had to wait 20 min. When my pizza was finally ready. No apology or anything from the older female who helped me at the register. The manager Brent wasn’t even nice either. This is totally unexceptable. I will not be returning to this location.

With their exceptional pizza, great staff and the type of manager you want running your own businesses, this round table is head and shoulders above any other pizza place I have been. I will not get pies from anywhere else.

The first time I’ve been to a clean round table ever. I gotta admit this place is the most friendly place ever. They serve you with a smile and they spark up a convo with everyone. I encourage everyone to come to this place of they want the best service

I’m a lunch pizza buffet guy and Round Table Was great! Way better than the one closer to where I live. They made specially piazzas and some new ones after buffet time was over. Salad bar was great too! Service really shined! Overall a great experience, will be back soon!
