My wife went there last week to have my daughters hair dyed and eye brows threaded outside on there window is an advertisement for $ 4.99 .The lady that does the threading charged her $ 8.00 .This is false advertisement plus they lady told my wife when she question her price, she replied that that was for regular customers

There is a sign In the window that says eyebrow threading $ 4.99, after she got done threading my daughters eyebrows she told me it was $ 8.00. I told her the sign says $ 4.99, she said she was gonna take the sign down right now and change it to $ 8.00. I told her I should get it for what the sign says, then she changed her story and said its only for customers that come all the time. It’s a complete scam!

I hate this place! I will never return. The women who cut my hair was rude and didn’t even listen to what I was saying. The hair cut was ruined and extremely painful. I recommend you all to stay as far away from this place.

Brought my daughter for makeup for Rotc military ball and they did a really poor job. Eve out cheap $ 1 store lashes on crooked. Made my daughter look like a cheap whore. They even asked for $ 30 after saying it was only $ 25. They don’t even deserve one star

I didn’t have a problem with this place until my last visit. The guys cutting hair were sharing very inappropriate conversation with each other, and the guy cutting my hair was more focused on eating his snack than cutting. Another guy was cutting a child’s hair while having this inappropriate conversation, which was repulsive and disgusting. Never visiting again.

My friend told me about Alma and she did a really great job. She color, cut and dried my hair. She cut my kids hair and also did a great job. I really recommend Alma. Very affordable prices and a job well done. I moved a little to far but Thanks Alma.

I enjoyed my experience here. Yes, they do primarily speak Spanish and the atmosphere is a bit casual but… they did a great job on my hair and the price was unbeatable for a cut, color, highlighting, and style. My hair cut is on point. The color treatment didn’t take that well but that was my fault from having dyed my hair dark previously. I will be back!

My mother went to get her hair done by this lady named Ana, the next day we notice she didn’t do a good job at dying her hair and the highlights weren’t all the same color. So we went back asked to speak to the store owner and «Ana» rudely told us that she doesn’t know when she would be in. As my mom started to explain why she wanted to speak to the store owner Ana rudely interrupted her while speak.
Long story short, we won’t be coming back.
We tell every one we know how bad of a Salon this is, and that «Ana» does a horrible job a dying and cutting hair. She should find a job that she’s actually good at.

If I could give this place ZERO stars, I would. I stopped by this afternoon, with my 4 year old daughter to get her first haircut– she was thrilled! When we got there, I asked if there was a sign in sheet, they said no, have a seat, we’ll be right with you.
Then after about 15 minutes, other customers started coming in, and the ladies working there apparently knew them, because when they were done with the person they were working on, they skipped my daughter, and went to the people that had arrived after us. When I asked why they were skipping us, the lady tells me, ‘oh, you still want us to cut her hair?‘
At that point I thanked them for their bad customer service and told them I would go else where.
My child was heartbroken, as she stood by the register, in plain view, being ignored because she was getting a simple hair cut, and not a dye job or fancy doo.
My husband, family and I are never going there again.

I usually take my daughter to get her haircut and I give it that they do a good job for the price of $ 7. As far as customer service its not great. Even though I speak Spanish my self they don’t try to conversate with me. They tend to pay more attention to each other and have conversations to themselves only. I hope this helps someone.

After being a loyal customer for a few years I was in for a rude awakening. One evening I arrived at about 7:40 P.M. which is 20 minutes before they close. I walked in to find my usual hair stylist Gloria counting money at the register and one other hair stylist sitting in one of the barber chairs reading a magazine. She then looked up at me and said, «I’m sorry but we’re closed.» I replied, Why is your neon ‘open’ sign still on and your door is still open? «I’m sorry you’ll have to come back tomorrow» she tells me. But my haircut is simple and quick I say. «I’ve already counted the cash in the register, you’ll have to come back tomorrow» she says. I say, What’s $ 10 more added to the day’s final total? She says, I’m sorry you’ll have to come back tomorrow. I was astonished by now. I always paid her $ 10 even though they charge $ 7 for a men’s haircut. That’s a 43 percent tip! So I told her, it seems like you’re sending me to another barber and she just shrugged her shoulders. Needless to say, I will not go back simply because of the bad customer service I received that evening.

Spanish speaking mostly! Once communication barrier is out of the way, they all do a great job!

Only place I get my hair cut! I have two favs but everyone else is really good (except ONE lady). It’s only $ 7 but I always give em a $ 10.
They don’t speak the greatest English so don’t expect to carry on a conversation unless you speak Spanish. Dont let that scare you off though

im not sure if this is the name of the place but its right across Carl’s Jr in Perris… Haircut is $ 7 no tax!, bring a picture on what haircut you would like to use, cuz the lady doesnt speak english very well. good thing i brought a picture on my phone, and we could hardly understand each other when she asks questions, but she did a great job on cutting my hair, even though she puts so much gel on my hair but thats ok, i can always wash it up when i go home lol. im coming back here more often than Fantastic Sam’s!
