Wingstop

This wing stop is the worst. They are so incompetent & rude. The employees act like your bothering them haha. So sad. Wings suck too, they are undercooked and greasy. Crap hole

One of the worst Wingstops ever! Dried up wings, and their fries were so salty and hard. Not a very pleasant experience. It was my first time and whenever anyone ask if I like wing stop sadly I say no. I’ll stick to Buffalo Wild Wings on either Tuesday or Thursday.

Service blows. Place order on app. Show up 20 min later and guys oh yeah, and hands cook the order. I wish there was another wing stop in the area. I’d drive a little farther for better service but closest ones just too far.

Im not one to write reviews but today i had to! I love wingstop the wings are amazing but i was really disappointed with my order. I call to order 2 individual combos (both 10 pcs) one boneless (plain) with the sauces on the side and the other bone in. I get there and my husband gets down, he calls me and says they mixed up the wings so they were going to redo our order (Another 20minute wait). Then i get home to only see that they gave me 6 boneless wings and 2 chicken strips. Like are the chicken strips suppose to replace the other 2 missing wings? Lmao! I ordered a 10 piece!!! But the best part was, that the sauces for my wings were missing!!! I could’ve gone to kfc for some damn plain chicken –_​-​. Oh and the girl who helped my husband out still asked him, «oh, did i get your order wrong?» Yea, not just once but twice now! Their Costumer service sucks!

It’s no secret that this place has great food and terrible customer service! Like I will never come back here because the service is that bad! GHETTO

I’m not a big fan of the location or the employees but aside from that con I do love their lemon pepper bone N well done (20) piece well seasoned and extremely tasty, I have tried other locations and they are not even near half good

I would’ve thought that the service here would get better after several complaints, but it seems to be worse. I tried ordering for pick up on the phone TWICE, and got hung up on both times, so I took the drive to the restaurant. There was nobody taking orders when I walked in, and two very frustrated people were waiting in line. Working in customer service, I know how Important it is to, at least, acknowledge and greet people as soon as they walk into your establishment. Once somebody finally decided to come out, they still did not even bother acknowledging anyone until about 5 minutes later. I used to love coming here, and now I absolutely dread it. The employees definitely need a class in customer service here, and on how to be a little less rude to customers.

Good food .but could never get a simple order right smh… 35min later still waiting…

Waited here for 1 hr for my wings … And all we saw was people getting there food except us … Never coming again. oh yea and my meal was COLD

I have never been so disappointed with any meal in my life I would rather eat a top ramen than to ever eat a meal from this place! Let me begin with what we ordered Parmesan wings teriyaki wings, mango habanero, and atomic wings. parmesan wings were extremely greasy, and it was as if they just threw powered cheese on it, the habanero and atomic were not spicy at all!!! Just salty, the fries were extremely salty and cold, the beans were gross they tasted as if they went bad. The ranch and blue cheese we ordered came in containers that were over filled and were a mess for some reason the soft drinks tasted watered down there variety in beer was sad, not everyone wants to drink Budweiser, and please well me understand why a restaurant of finger foods only has one roll of napkins for the entire restaurant, I mean were eating wings! Do they know how messy that is, and there was no spoons for the beans only forks which was fine because I did not want to eat them anyway the veggies came dripping in water this entire lunch was a disaster I will never come here huge mistake

I called this store to speak with a Manager because I got a hair on my wings. Young lady name Danity answer the call with no customer service first if all she was very rude and says her manager was on break and I said I want to speak with your manager she said that he is on break very ignorant and then she hung up on me. I called back and someone by the name Jody answer and I said I wanted to speak with the manager and I informed him maybe he can help me that I had just called and a young lady had just hung up on me and obviously he made an excuse for her that unfortunately there phones don’t work properly etc etc. He said his manager was on break and I said let your manager know that an upset customer is on the phone and he got smart saying well he is on lunch etc etc and he gave me corporate number I ask for his manager name Robert, rude obnoxious girl name Danity, his name is Jody and he also hung up on me. My problem is that it could’ve been a simple fix but just for the simple fact that these people had no type of customer service, and to know that it’s unsanitary. Hygiene is not how I’m pretty sure every company has «clean». I’m disgusted with this place I would’ve gave a 0star but it’s no option for that and that’s why I’m giving them a 1 when they deserve a 0. Thank you to this location I will never stop at any wing stop again

The food is good, Louisiana rub, bone in is bomb!(boneless is good too but saltier) The service sucks!!! Not well managed at this location they are only good at cookin up some wings. If service was better I would go more often. I only go when I am really really craving it.

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED! I asked the cashier a question about my 40 minute overdue online order and was ignored 3 times, I said something to the manager and he could care less ! I will not be going back.

So I order online, already thinking to myself «okay it’s Friday, I’ll take longer to go in because I’m pretty sure they’ll be busy» my pick up time was 7:20. I got here at 7:35. The cashier tells me my order is in the sauce stage. Okay not mad at all. Now as I’m standing here waiting I hear him say it’s not boneless and laughing making jokes that he’s the fail of the night. Does he tell me anything? No. Now I’ve been here for 30 minutes and still no wings! Now I’m standing here while he asks for a manager so I can get my refund! SMFH! NEVER AGAIN!!!

I love Wingstop but this Wingstop is horrible the service is horrible & they never get your order right. It sucks because it’s only Wingstop in Moreno Valley

This place USED to be good food, customer service. Now i have no clue what to say its like hit and miss some days are good some days are bad. The last time i went before the rush the young lady was helpful but the other young lady working sheesh she needs MAJOR customer service training for 2 months. Overtime i go some customer is cussing out staff lol because they don’t have any structure. Now the food i always have to say well done on my wings if not they taste damn near like water. The fries are cool but the last time i got fries tasted like i took a dive in the salt box. Plain and simple i know its a hectic place at times to work but the employees who we talk to need to have better attitudes and Listen to customer and don’t cut them off mid sentence.

If you are looking for good wings around Riverside, I guess you are limited to Wingstop. A bit far from my house, but its about a 10 minute drive. I usually order by phone to save myself some time. I usually get their Lemon Pepper wings and their barbecue. The Lemon Pepper is very flavorful and the Barbecue was a saucy which I usually only get 2 with my order. The wings here are very crispy and are freshly fried. The fries here are also on point when you get them fresh, but I usually get take out and they get soggy by the time I get home. The service here is also very quick, as my order is always made in a timely manner.

Sometimes the traditional wings are really small… But they’re still good haha I usually share the 15pc combo that comes with fries/​veggies and 2 drinks. You get to choose up to 2 flavors. I always get lemon pepper and I switch off between hot & Parmesan garlic. The Parmesan garlic is a hit or miss. Sometimes there’s a lot of sauce and sometimes there’s not enough.
I LOVE WINGSTOP FRIES! They’re thick, crunchy on the outside, and soft in the inside. They’re salted, but they have a tint of sweetness. It’s so good! The fries are A MUST!

I have always enjoyed the food here and the employees have always been nice when I’ve gone. However, the issue is the timing of the food. In the past (2013), I’ve ordered my food online and I get my food an hour later. So, I would go and order in-​store but I noticed people who order after me get their food before me. But those were my past experiences. Been in the last 3 times this summer and the food was ready when promised.
So why come here? Wingstop has superior wings when compared with other big chains such as Buffalo Wild Wings or Hooters. The advantage of the other big chains is obviously the atmosphere and capacity. I normally don’t eat-​in at Wingstop anyways, so this is not a concern of mine. So if you like quality wings, order here. If you want a place to eat and hang out without feeling awkward, go somewhere else.

This place keeps getting worst and worst. I go to this Wing Stop all the time and they always seem to have new staff. The service is always average to below average.
Today I tried calling multiple times and the line is always busy. So I tried the IPhone App. They say it’s «faster» so tried. I came in to pick up my order and then they tell me «the fax machine is broken, so we didn’t get your order.» Well that just great. Now I have to wait another 30 minutes or more to get my order. This is just terrible service.
If I had another choice, I would.
GO TO ANOTHER WING STOP!!!
