Breakfast staff(at 5am) is nice and my order is always right. Lunch is a totally different story!!! My order is ALWAYS wrong and the staff has an attitude. If I pay for a Large drink, and you hand me a medium, don’t get an attitude when I hand it back to you and ask you to give me a large. Or when I ask for ALL the veggies on my burger and when I open it there’s only meat and bread… W.t.h.?!

The last BK that I was this displeased about was in Virginia where I was told«this ain’t f***ing Wendy’s, and they didn’t put the Oreos in my Oreo blast.» This one was a 20 minute wait for the dive through, no receipt paper when I asked for a receipt, they where out of Hershey pie, and any machine was down as I sake for a frappé then a milkshake. I then went inside to wash up because my lid wasn’t on my cup and it spilled in my lap. And yes the head was covered in piss like it hadn’t been cleaned since the first day. Who ever owns this store should either give every one a raise or fire every one and start over. None of the employees looked happy or prideful to have a job. This store only gets one star because I had to pick a star to write this comment. US Navy for 17 yrs and I’ve eaten at BKs all over the world and greeted by people who hated America and this is still The second worst BK I’ve been to. Good job America!

Fast food only deserves 3 stars unless they have some outstanding factor like a unique deal to a location. They deserve to lose a star if they have a disgusting factor like awful customer service or like in this case, a filthy restroom. How long will they allow urine to be all over the restroom? Yuck.
