I booked 5 Star to take me and two friends to dinner and back last night. Their price for a driver and luxurious Lincoln Navigator SUV was about the same as an ordinary taxi for the distance — Palo Alto to Los Gatos — so I went for it.
The driver texted me when he arrived, on time, and was there to pick us up at the time he’d promised. He was quiet and discreet, didn’t play the radio, so we had a pleasant ride both ways. No complaints at all, I’d use them again.
