3.5 stars. Minus ½ star because I forgot to give them my new credit card number last month, and rather than giving me a courtesy call when the charge was declined, they simply waited until my rent was 10 days late, tacked on the $ 15 late fee, and mailed me a letter. Kind of lame, and not particularly customer-service oriented. I get the same treatment from my bank, but I expect it from a bank. I feel like I deserve better from my storage facility.

This place is great! The rates are a bit high but the facility is very clean and secure. We pay $ 99/month for a 5×10. We have worked with Merrit so far and he is knowledgable and friendly! He lives on site so there is always someone there. The units are also alarmed which gives me peace of mind that all our stuff is safe. They also have convenient hours. You can access your unit up to 8pm via your gate access code.

Okay, I’ll be a little biased here. I didnt use their service or storage, I called in just minutes before their office was closed for some information like price quotes. The owner, an older gentleman picked up, he was more than helpful and also great to talk to.
He mentioned that there’s even a little truck that can be used for moving needs at no extra cost. That is pretty convenient for those that don’t have bigger vehicles to be moving things around.
Great customer service thus far for me. Maybe ill update this review if i or someone i know uses their storage service.
