Just came with my friend and we ordered two Oreo milkshakes and the girl, Stephanie seemed very aggravated to be working and doing her job. She said the price with attitude and slammed the register shut after I paid. When we got our milkshakes they were mint chocolate chip and me and my friend were just gonna suck it up but it didn’t have a taste it was very strange. She saw our faces that something was wrong and asked, «is something wrong with it?» Very sassy I might add. We then (apologetically) told her it was supposed to be Oreo so she made a new one and her and the other employee crystal were talking about us and how we said mint right in front of us?!? I work in a place with teenagers and no one treats our customers this rudely. Very sassy girls.

This place is awesome! Always so clean, and the girls are so sweet. The owner of the store takes a lot of pride in this place and it really shows! I’m not really sure what kind of experiences some of the other customers have been having but I get the royal treatment when I come in here! Best ice cream/​frozen dessert place in town.

Service here SUCKS! ! DING DONG high school girls need customer service training in a desperate way! Been here a few times & now will NEVER go back! Uhh did i say customer service sucks? No apparent manager on duty or at least someone over the age of 12 with some idea how to treat the public.

I buy ice cream there but can’t use their parking lot. No appreciation for their customers. I will have to get frozen yogurt across the street now. Forget about frozen ice cream birthday cakes. :(

The two girls working the counter would not help my wife who was there with our 1.5 year old son. Rude and unprofessional behavior has no place in Morgan Hill. Where do they find these people??? Go to the Tennant store instead.

The service on Sunday afternoon just got bad when the girl in charge helped others instead of the one who were waiting a long time.
The owner is a very nice person that does not know why some customers will never return.

I ordered a cappuccino blast. The drink was delicious but the service was a little lousy. They weren’t helpful when I asked how I could customize my drink… a little bit better customer service and I would have given 5 stars.

My husband and I came here for our first time a couple weeks ago with friends and we loved it! The two girls working, Stephanie & Jenna had the best customer service that we’ve experienced anywhere in a very long while. They were super friendly, patient, funny and sweet.
We ordered too much ice cream, but it was delicious!!!

This BR is great — spacious, clean, friendly (and patient) employees and a lot of frozen goodness to choose from. I like to taste new flavors but always order the traditional ones! My favs are Quarterback Crunch when it’s available, mint chip, and chocolate peanut butter (if you’re feeling skanky ;) I don’t dig their shakes except for cappuccino blasts — the toddy they use plus the sugar will give you some serious energy. Tons of different options = icecream happiness for everyone.

«HI, welcome to Baskin Robbins! How are you today?» gets you 5 Stars right off the bat. I am a sucker for a prompt and enthusiastic greeting. Both girls behind the counter seemed to be hard at work cleaning the store up but dropped everything as soon as I entered and gave me great service.
Got my scoops (which were nice and big) from the chipper staff in less than a minute and was driving away very satisfied, post pregnant wife in tow.
Pro tip: keep it simple and clean. One scoop mint chocolate chip.

The store does a pretty good business, probably because it is far superior to the other Baskin Robbins in Morgan Hill that shares space with a Togos. Staff is pretty friendly and conscientious. I’ve been greeted and served quickly. There selection of flavors is always diverse (never counted if there is actually 31). It’s a small store and can get crowded, especially when the weather is warm — which is often in MH. However, you can still get out of there in a reasonable amount of time, even when they’re slammed. I’ve never noticed the store not clean. Kudos to this franchise location. I know because of its location this may be tough, but I do wish it had more outside seating.

Its pretty hard to screw up a Baskin Robbins. The product is awesome, so all you need to do is keep the place clean and hire friendly staff. With that in mind, this Baskin Robbins beats the other Baskin Robbins in Morgan Hill (in a Togos) hands down. Staff here is always friendly and smiling… even when they are busy scooping or cleaning. I am picky about where I take my kids and I have no fear taking them here. Plenty of parking, plenty of seating, plenty of flavors, plenty of toppings.
