My first experience at this branch, and it was GOOD. Dealing with some rather dynamic, family banking issues, and Ms. Allison Nunez was most helpful at the counter on all issues. Props to her and to the team for handling the questions/​transactions smoothly, professionally, and pleasantly. Glad to know they’re just across town from work if I need to talk to a banker face to face. BRAVO.

By far the worst branch I’ve ever been to. While every branch I’ve been to is able to help, granted sometimes it takes waiting 30minutes, this branch refused. When I asked why, where does it say that in the policy, the managers response was «we don’t have to provide that to you, we just don’t do it». Really? I’ve never met or been through a manager training class that says that type of response is acceptable! She never could give a reason why even though every other branch does it! «Well they probably shouldn’t»…but they do and with no issues. This branch is terrible. It really makes me reconsider keeping CitiBank at all. Avoid.

Horrible bank… nice people but service for customers is the worst. Online always down. call for assistance and CS can’t be understood. … don’t bank with Citibank

This has been my first time into a citibank and i must say that it was nice the poeple are friendly the service is nice and quick and the facility is nice and clean. maybe i will be opening an account here soon

This is a fantastic branch. Staff is well trained, facilities clean, and there’s rarely a wait for service. Branch managers are always happy and friendly to sit down with you to give you additional information WITHOUT pushing or sell you any services. LOVE THAT!
I have been a citibank customer for 17+ years, and consistently over the years Citibank has provided services that meet or exceed my expectation. Not only citibank staff has helped me with foreign travels, banking, investment needs, they even help resolved things like Paypal issues which Paypal customer service was unable to resolve. Raving reviews for Citibank’s consistent and overall service!
