This company came recommended by a friend.
Their initial service and installation were good, especially the person (Carlos?) who actually does the installation. He is excellent — does very neat work.
This company is wed to particular brands (e.g.; Niles Audio), which is both a plus and a minus. It’s good that they know their line ups, but what they offer may not be best overall.
The biggest problem that I have is with their after service. Repeated calls and e-​mails have gone unanswered. With a high end A/​V set up, it’s unacceptable that the after service be this poor. (this went on for 6 months before I gave up).
