For some time now I have been talking to my boss about having healthier snack options at work. She fianlly agreed and let me put in an order with HI 5 Produce and this comapny is truly deserving of a High 5!
My order was of 2 Corporate plus boxes, 170 serving of fruits = $ 158.00.

Chiquita bananas, mangos, 3 diffrent types pears, cut up pinapple, melon, tangerines, oranges and many many more fruit to include kiwis. Hi 5 You Rock. See ya next thrusday!

I used to have a friend that worked for a video game company which had a very interesting kitchen. When you walked in there were tons of sugar items, candy, cookies, snacks, soda vending machines and buckets full of every type of pain killer you can imagine. In the middle of all this was a lonely basket of fruit, untouched. Semi déjà vu: we don’t have a crazy amount of the sugar and drugs friends office had but the lone fruit basket on the table reminded me. Our office manager recently started bringing in these healthy fruit baskets from Hi5 as a trial, a purveyor of corporate delivery and gift baskets. They deliver seasonal produce of decently high quality (I’m comparing to what I can get at the various markets in the area. It’s not quite what Webvan had (oh how I miss your meticulous meat and produce) but it’s definitely better than most of the grocers I’m used to.
