Delicious smoothies and very clean. The veggies are fresh and the staff are friendly.

Been coming here for quite some time now and the smoothies are always delicious. The staff there are always nice and I always get greeted there. My usual is Peach perfection and sub mango for pineapple.

Love the drinks. The staff at this location are hit and miss. A lot more rude employees than friendly.

I have been to Jamba Juice since 1995. I love the flavor that they put into their smoothies. I will sometimes treat my workers to it and they love it (and are very grateful). Thank you for all the great times that you have given me and my family. I just went there today and like always it is quite the treat in hot weather. Keep up the good work

The staff is cool, but this location seems to have an issue fully blending their drinks. I find solid fruit at the bottom all the time, and often the drinks aren’t even really that cold.

A greeting would have been nice. Instead I was ignored, so I left. lame…they weren’t too busy to acknowledge

Dean rang me up for my smoothie today. He smiled and was friendly and asked if I wanted anything else. I like that the flavors are consistent no matter which Jamba juice you go to. It’s a healthy alternative to all the added sugar in most beverages these days. I like this location better than the other store in Gilroy. The workers seem friendlier. The items that they sell aside from smoothies are always eye catching but seem over priced. Something I would like to see at a Jamba juice is more inviting seating to share a smoothie with a friend or date. We also need a location in my town Hollister!
I wish I had read the review about moldy oranges before I went here. Next time I’ll look!

Went to this Jamba Juice today because I was too lazy to get my own juicing products at the time. They were nice and got my drink. They even gave me some tips when I mentioned that I had a vitamix. The only thing I suggest is that there is more veggie options. Fruit is good but I use a vitamix for blending veggies.

I always enjoy coming to this Jamba Juice. The employees are always quick and very friendly. All the girls are nice but I really enjoy when the short girl with brown hair is there. She is always helpful and very sweet. I think her name starts with an M but I’m not sure. Both Jamba locations in Morgan Hill are great. I just prefer this one because it’s closer to my house and I get excellent customer service!

I won’t go back to this Jamba Juice. I love Jamba Juice, but this location does not have good customer service. I was ordering my drinks and the girl could not get my gift card to work and she just said that there was no money on it. I told her that it was a gift card for $ 5. She called the manager over and he was very flustered. She eventually said that there was $ 2.49 on it. (This was not correct, but I didn’t feel like arguing) I paid the difference. As I was ordering, there was 4 other people in the store looking at the menu unsure of what they wanted to order. That is when the manager came over with a bad attitude and tone, being rude saying «You guys need to hurry up and figure out what you want. Just shout out what you want. Let’s get these orders started»
It made me think, Wow this guy is rude and everything is about customer service. I work in customer service and it the customer is unsure of what they want, we can ask if there was anything specific they were looking for or say something simple as, «Ok, let me know when your ready».

If you want to breathe in mold not once but twice, come to this Jamba Juice and sniff away! I heard a radio station advertisement where the owner of the company was touting two new healthy ‘smoothies’. I was sold and HAD to try them. The closest location to my home was this one. I can tell you I was and still am extremely disappointed and do NOT plan to ever go back here. Whoever, wrote a post in the last couple of days with anything above a 1-​star… it’s more than likely a fake post and from a friend or they have no sense of smell.
This place wreaked of mold. It slapped my face the instant I walked in but I couldn’t recognize it at first, thought maybe the smell was coming from the catnip they grow. I ordered. I waited. I looked around. I saw. Their oranges ‘display’ oh my gosh… there were at least five rotten, molding oranges WITH gnats flying around them. I get it, it gets busy. I ordered a smoothie without oranges so I didn’t flip out. I merely called the cashier over and kindly let her know she should probably throw them out. She glanced, and by glanced I mean, she barely made a move to acknowledge the rotten oranges, and said «Oh yea, we’ll take care of it».
Well, the next day, my son and I decide ‘ya know what, those smoothies were pretty good, and healthy. let’s go back:” And we did, and honestly, I was so disgusted because there they were, the rotten oranges, in all their glory looming over the employes while tiny little bugs flew overhead… why I ordered a second one is beyond me. I figured the drive here means I shouldn’t leave empty handed… I did very politely let the manager know that I had already informed another employee (point point Amy Winehouse look alike) about the rotten fruit. and the manager said it would be taken care of… I took pics and would post them but don’t know how. I hope the owner reads these posts. you’ve lost a couple of customers. :-(

I’ve been to many Jamba Juice locations through the years, but this one just sticks out.
Props to the HR department who hire the employees who work at this location. More so the employees who work MON-​FRI during morning-​afternoon shifts.
Those are the times I frequent here and everyone is so nice and so efficient it makes me wonder how come more places can’t have employees like this.

This is a franchise so you know what to expect in the beverage quality. So it really comes down to how they make it and they always make it great here. Any special requests? They got it down. Extra thick – no problem. Extra chunky – no problem. This location has taken special requests better than other locations
When you have a brand like Jamba Juice where you know what to expect in the food, what makes a particular location stick out are the employees who work there. This location definitely exceeded expectations with the employees and customer service.

First of all, I visited this store just before 11 AM on a Monday. The people working seemed out of sorts and very disorganized. The restroom was FILTHY! I’ve seen gas station restrooms that have been better! Even the store was dirty with trash all over. The drink was good but I won’t be back, at least to this location.

I have always have good experiences at this Jamba! Good snack to have after eating salty popcorn after watching a movie across the street: p

The staff is always pleasant here — I prefer this Jamba to other nearby locations. Loving their veggie/​fruit smoothies lately (particularly the «apples ‘n greens»). Come get a smoothie made by these sweeties!

This is an excellent outpost of this smoothie giant with an ever changing employee roster that keeps you guessing as to who next will make your smoothie. Currently running a myriad of specials and scratch off contests that will lower your smoothie budget even further. I like the Strawberries Wild or Strawberries Whirl the best depending on if I’m in a wild mood or just want to spin around in circles.

It’s pretty much your standard Jamba juice place. They are pretty fast and they are friendly enough. For some reason when we went in the place was super hot inside, not sure why but it felt really good to get outside again, even though it was 45 degrees outside.
Easily accessible and a really good location too. If I still lived in MH I’m sure this would be our standard Jamba juice fix place.

Another Hot Day in San Jose and the boss wants us to go to Morgan Hill to drop off a vehicle. We head out and notice the Jamba Juice as we go down Monterey Highway.
On the way back we stop in for cool refreshing smoothies. i get the power strawberries Wild with a daily vitamin.
So tasty and sooooo smooth. we sit in the car for a couple minutes before heading back to San Jose.
Jamb Juice is a definite fav for us.
lots of Parking and they even had outside tables to sit at. A Togo’s next store and even a comic book shop.

Yes, it is pricey so we go here for treats. My daughter likes the PINK STAR… not in the menu but they will make it for you. Super good. There’s always a nice flow of people whenever we go there. They do need to do something about that small table for kids… it is dirty and wouldn’t want my child to touch any of those stuff.
The workers are always friendly.
