Terrible food. Didn’t get any sides with my Fajitas. Have to take your salsa back to counter to get refilled. Beans and guacamole were from yesterday and defiantly tasted like it. The sour cream was literally sour and tasted old. Plus all the people I went with said theirs was terrible as well. Do your self a favor and eat some dirt or cigarette butts and not have to pay anything for trash food.

We tried a new place in Morgan Hill. Its not the one to drop every place in town for but it really good. Asada had good flavor, Rellenos were big and good flavor and home made lemonade was nice. Service is friendly and lots of smiles… atmosphere is fun and bright. No Homemade flour tortillas but homemade salsa. Good job… we will be back.

What a great find! My husband ordered a super burrito and I went with the wet burrito. We both agreed that these were some of the best burritos we have ever had! And not to mention gigantic. Definitely true authentic mexican food and the mole sauce on my burrito was outstanding! When you add in the great friendly service and low low prices you can’t go wrong. We will definitely make a stop here any time we go through town.

Very disappointed! Found a «rock» in my chicken burrito. No more take-out from here.

I’m not a big fan of Mexican food, but this place is yum! They have a great selection of cocktails and very authentic and fresh tasting food. The service is very friendly, ambiance is comfortable, and the menu is big enough, but not overwhelming. We will definitely be visiting again!

Very delicious and freshly made authentic Mexican food. I decided to try out the restaurant after reading positive reviews and here I am recommending this place because it’s yummy.

I would give it 5 stars but the salsa they give with the chips tastes really old and refrigerated other than that the times I’ve came here the food has always been DELICIOUS! very good Mexican food! will defitnatly keep coming back! UPDATE: finishing my meal here I ordered a super quesadilla with carne asada and the carne was super hard and it was all fat, super grossed out. put it down to 3 stars.

Been here couple times for lunch and the food is great, the prices are low. The server is always polite and attentive. I have tried their enchiladas and chile rellenos and they both have been tasty. I will recommend this new place!

First time here my husband got the pastor burrito and I got a chicken burrito. I wasn’t expecting much out of this small place on Monterey but I was surprised at the freshness and tastiness! As simple as a chicken burrito sounds, the chicken was excellent I could taste it was marinated and grilled, juicy and crispy. The beans, rice, pico de gallo and sour cream were just as good. They give you a lot of food too, and it’s not expensive at all! We will definitely be back we both enjoyed our food very much.

Not bad at all, great prices and tasty dishes, love the chile verde it’s the one dish I order at all Mexican restaurants and it’s excellent. The beef fajitas were awesome and the tacos were awesome. They’ve been open for 3 months They may have a hard to notice location but it is worth it. Friendly staff and Great prices for a growing family of boys.

I really wanted to like this place. Unfortunately It’s another Americanized establishment. Very poor quality food. I could not stomach their enchiladas. Just no difference between the sauce(flavorless and thick) and the cheese. The rice was undercooked. The salsa was also very flavorless.

We tried out the newest mexican place called Las Isabella’s. The place is nice and run by a family. It is clean and kept up nicely inside. They have ample parking in the back of the restaurant too. PROS: –Service is very good and friendly! –Be sure to order the FRESH homemade Guacamole — soo delicious and yummy! –Salsa is fresh and yummy served with meals –Hubby said beans and rice were good too –Have been here twice, ordered tacos, burrito, chili verde — all were yummy and authentic.(The chili verde is a little too spicy — even for my husband who likes spicy!) –Prices are very, very reasonable –Amount of food very generous. CONS: –The only thing they really need to change is the chips before the meal. The salsa was excellent but the chips are worse than store bought. I’d rather have the Costco Organic chips than these… Need some really good, light crispy chips! We think if the chips were improved, the whole experience would be fantastic. We’ll definitely be back despite the chips!

The place is the old crawfish house and looks the same inside as in the past. The food is ok not great or bad. The price is low for a plate that comes with entrée’rice and beans. Service is regular with a friendly look.

Awesome Food and very authentic — having grown up in East LA, I have had some really great Mexican food. Las Isabelas is right up there as one of the best Mexican restaurants I have been to in a long time. Yes the chips aren’t that great, but there is so much more to this place than the chips. My husband and I had the flautas and enchiladas. They gave us 4 of each WITH rice and beans!!! So good — we will be back soon — pictures included

Generic Americanized Mexican food, rather bland. I had the carne asado quesadilla plate. A green ooze is what they are passing for guacamole, but they should really not serve this because it is far less than fresh or freshly made. Hubby had the enchiladas with shrimp. It comes with 4 enchiladas, but the sauce is so bland! I don’t mean it’s not spicy hot, it’s not spicy at all. The service was ok, not special. Well, the search goes on.

It’s pretty generic Mexican food, and the prices are great. All those on here saying it’s «real authentic» are kinda blowing my mind. It’s also extremely salty. The red mole was really good, but salty. The chips suck– stale and hard. Clearly they came out of one of those giant bags. The salsa is good, but could be spicier. Don’t ever get the guacamole. It came out looking like it had been squirted out of a tube. It tasted like that pseudo-avocado sauce stuff. I would be extremely surprised if it was hand made especially because it was swirled like it came out of a bakers piping tube. I think honestly the pricing is the only reason I’m giving it an «A-OK». I got the enchilada meal with a soda for $ 7. Can’t beat that. The place is clean and the staff is friendly. The shrimp plate was really good too. Just too salty. And I love salt. Once they start serving beer I’ll probably be back.

Las Isabella’s is new to Morgan Hill, and thank goodness! We finally have a traditional Mexican food place to eat. The place is smallish and run by a husband and wife. It is clean and kept up nicely inside. Now onto the food. Having home cooked traditional Mexican food is something I know about. I can compare any place as better or worse than what traditional home cooked Mexican food should taste like. Therefore I use the same scrutinizing taste at any place that represents that fare. I would consider Las Isabella’s to be as good as home cooked. The flavor of the to different sauces I sampled, Maria mole and the Verde were both excellent. The Chicken Enchiladas served with the Maria mole were very tasty, and the portion was perfect. I also had the Chile Verde. The Verde was not over the top spicy, which is just right. Traditionally I would have Chile Verde over Spanish rice, so I mixed it the sand after it was served. The consistency of the Verde over the rice was very good. The pork was cooked properly and very tender. A real good benchmark of how good a Mexican restaurant can be is by the rice and beans. Many times the rice isn’t cooked properly, or the refried beans are runny. I’m happy to say that Las Isabella’s rice was excellent, and the refried beans were good as well. To drink my dinner date and I both had aguas frescas. I had the Horchata and we shared the Tamarino. The Horchata tasted really refreshing and not syrupy or overly sweetened. It went well with the meal. The only thing worth critiquing are the chips before the meal. The salsa was excellent, but the chips were off the mark. I think if the chips were improved, the whole experience would be spot on. The service was friendly and excellent both in English and my horrible Spanish, but we got through it. I am definitely coming back for more and also very excited to try breakfast.

Pretty good. Went for dinner on a Sunday night. It was pretty empty, two other tables were seated with two people each. We were a party of 7. Service was good, food came out really fast. Chips gross. Salsa good. No Alcohol. Food was decent and well priced. It is your run of the mill Mexican food. Not off the charts, but I will return if craving some fast Mexican food.
