Not only did they get the cleaning service done wrong from the beginning they nickel and dime to me for everything. Started the beginning the person who gave me the quote «ended up quitting and they did not honor the quote. When they came out to do what they call a spring cleaning they did not wash baseboards dust Fans and they had to come back which was very inconvenient. I ended up having a manager come out to check their work which is very inconvenient again. On their second to last visit I noticed they didn’t even dust my house not saying a word about maybe running out of time or being short staffed they said my house wasn’t picked up enough how does that happen on counter tops and dressers? After that they lost my key and accused me of never giving him a key which caused me to have a cancellation fee of $ 35 and then I had to rekey my house. Reaching out to the manager Did no help either they said we we’re maybe «not a good fit»
I want is a $ 35 fee waved and my cleaning to get done correctly. I would never recommend them … Your house will not be cleaned and they will not give you a satisfactory service!

I had my carpets cleaned throughout my house, including stairs. They were very professional and did a great job. I had it done about a month ago and purposely waited to write a review to see if the stains had re-​appeared and they haven’t! I am extremely happy with the results and would use them again in the future.

I recently needed to hire a replacement housecleaning service because our privately hired house cleaner moved out of state. I have used Merry Maids in the past, but found them to be quite expensive for our small home. I contacted Luv2Cln because I liked their website and have seen their cars driving around the Morgan Hill area lately.
They responded promptly and sent a rep out to my home to look around and give me a quote. I was a little bit concerned because they don’t do a few things that I thought weren’t a big deal I guess for legal issues (they bag your garbage and leave it near the door but won’t take it to the outside can for example) but I was really enticed by their pricing! Our house is small and they quoted us $ 75 bi-​weekly (Merry Maids wanted $ 130) and they did not try and charge us the double rate for the first cleaning like MM’s did because our house was already in good shape.
We signed up and they were there in a few days. Wow! We got a very thorough cleaning that was even better than our private person was doing! I am very pleased so far and would recommend them to others.
