Do you know how difficult it is to shop around San Jose during the holidays? Especially when you have to zigzag your way through the parking lot, scurry your tush around the mall, stand in line for however long it takes the cashier to ring up one purchase after another, and do the same thing again after you make your purchases to walk back to the car that’s parked far and zigzag your way out of the parking lot? Yeah. Skip it. I’m not one to shop around Morgan Hill, but I’m glad that I had the opportunity to do so during Christmas time. A nice 20 – 30 minute drive deep outside of San Jose, my cousins and sisters wanted to hang out and do something different. Outside of the usual shopping areas from where we live. We opted to head down south but not past the Gilroy outlets. Instead, we stopped at downtown Morgan Hill. I’m glad we found this cute little gem! Such an awesome find because it was a one stop shop for kitschy things and great stocking stuffers too! They carried well-thought out home furnishings, knick-knacks for the house, cute clothing for women and kids, and their window display is to die for! Love that hot cocoa station they had set-up. Put it this way… support mom and pop shops. Especially this store! Everything was tres bon chic! Check out the photos I had posted. Reminds me of something that you’d see off Pinterest! :) Would I come back? I say YES!

I love this cute country french boutique! The shop has a nice layout, it’s easy to get around and see everything. The items are adorable and the quality is nice. They sell unique home decors and vintage jewelry. I ended up purchasing a few pieces! So exciting! I think the prices are reasonable for what you’re getting. I do believe in «you get what you pay for» so I don’t mind the prices… Also, the ladies are very helpful and friendly :) I hope they stay open.

I like this place very much. Very cute, nice quality items. Unlike the other reviewer, I thought the place was very tastefully done for Christmas. I hope it lasts. I’m not sure about the location: to the south it’s all good, but to the north it’s not so «cute». I wish they could have found a better location than next to Sinaloa(great margaritas, but not great foot traffic for this type of store). Also, I would love to see more unique/vintage-style jewelry. I felt like some of the jewelry was similar to what you would find at the cash register at a high-end beauty supply: almost tacky and overpriced. Good luck and Morgan Hill welcomes you with open arms!

Went to this boutique on «ladies night» in downtown Morgan Hill to do a little local shopping. This place is fairly new and super cute, although I’d like to see a little more«sparkle» this time of the year. Price are pretty standard and you can expect to pay what you’d pay at other boutiques similar to this one. Things were laid out well and there is plenty of room to move around and shop. I hate it when places are so crammed with stuff that you can’t freely move about without the fear of knocking something over and breaking it. My friend purchased a really cute Christmas tray and they gift wrapped it for free — always a bonus! I’d like to see this place survive in MH, as so many places like this don’t. I think that if they bring in unique and«special» things at a reasonable price they may have a chance.
