Melissa is the perfect hairdresser everyone dreams about finding. I like my hair to be a reddish-​brown auburn color and I was never completely satisfied until I started going to her. It’s been about nine years now that I’ve been with Melissa and she is always conscientious and precise when working with my hair. I always enjoy my time at the salon because she’s got a fun upbeat personality and I feel like I’m visiting a friend and getting my hair done all at the same time!

I’ve been coming to Melissa for what feels like forever! It’s been 9+ years of hair adventures. She knows me and my hair so well and has helped me make decisions on what to do when I couldn’t decide on my own. I’ve always left the salon a happy girl and didn’t even think twice to follow her when she moved to Morgan Hill. I also look forward to my salon time, she’s a really fun gal to hang out with!
My hair is naturally a medium brown (from what I remember!) and in my time with her I’ve gone long (ish), short, blonde, dark brown, copper, with highlights, without highlights and everything in between. She’s aced all of it. I always look forward to the next appointment!

Melissa is the best! She is the only person that has touched my hair the last 9 years. We’ve done lots of highlighting and even gone darker a few times. It always looks amazing and I get tons of compliments on my hair. She is the best. Highly recommended!

Been going to Melissa for over five years — I even followed her to Morgan Hill from Los Gatos. I always feel great after leaving Envy/​Melissa. She has seen me thru growing my hair out to chopping it all off again. and each time it’s exactly what I wanted. From cut to color. LOVE MELISSA :)

I’ve been going to Melissa for over 5 years. I trust her implicitly with my hair. She gives wonderful consultations and always makes sure she has a full understanding of what I want. I can honestly say I’ve never been disappointed!

I’ve been going to Melissa for over 8 years. She is so good that I followed her from Los Gatos to Morgan Hill. She is totally worth the drive!!!
My cut is always consistent and she is very willing to change things up if I want it. Just as amazing is her color. I’ve floated from brunette to auburn to redhead. Red is a very hard color to get right — it often comes out too brassy or too carrot-​y. Not with Melissa. She is an expert at color and she makes mine come out a deep beautiful shade every time.
Melissa either has a great memory or takes amazing notes because every time I go in she knows what I had done prior, both for cut and color. She is awesome!
Melissa has also cut my son’s hair. He had a bad experience at another salon where they nicked his ear. I had a hard time getting him to a hair stylist after that, but when I brought him to Melissa he totally relaxed and had a great experience. She really listened to his concerns and was fun and easy with him.

As a fellow hair stylist myself, I can’t just go to anyone. Melissa is one of the few that can tame this mane. My hair always comes out fantastic and somehow pretty low maintenance considering it’s blue (For now)!
