I have never seen such poor customer service in a store.
My wife and I were looking for whole house window covers for our new house. Walked into this place because it is close to where we live and it carries Hunter Douglas products, which is what we were interested in. It was about 2 pm and we were the only ones there. The sales woman was talking to somebody that did not seem to be a customer for 5 minutes. When he finally left, she started chit chatting on the phone for 15 more minutes while we were waiting and looking around. I heard her telling her friend that she was leaving at 2:30. After she hung up, she was just sitting at her desk, not interested in greeting us. We went up to her and started asking questions about Hunter Douglas products. She was not interested in providing information. Just insisted that we leave our contact information with her, make an appointment for someone (the owner of the business) to come to our place to make measurements and consult.
I told her that we want some basic info, like the styles and product line so that we know which direction we want to go before making any appointment. She was just unwilling to help us.
Don’t waste your time going to this place. They are really difficult to do business with.
We ended up going to a place in San Jose that was fantastic. The people were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Gave us recommendations on the luminaire and silhouette, and quotes right there based on our measurements and came to our house the next day to make detail measurements and we order with them right away. They rushed their order with HD and did an outstanding job installing them.
One can tell who is hungry for their business and is set up to be successful in it. This store in Morgan hill definitely is NOT!
