My son started seeing Cyndi in 2012 and we had some serious insurance issues but she worked with us to get it rectified. That is above and beyond the call of duty because at the time she did not have a billing gal and was doing this on her own time. Fast forward to 2013 and my son is seeing her regularly with much progress. She was the first and only speech therapist we’ve seen who has bothered to investigate the root of my son’s speech problems. As it turns out that without certain minimally invasive interventions, he would never be able to make the sounds we were working on. I can’t say enough good things about what she has done for us and recommend her practice to everyone. Thanks for changing our lives Cyndi!
